Service above none others. First time using Vogue Optical at Fairview mall and I will be returning to this location only going forward for our whole family. When my new glasses first came in they were not right and had blurry spots. I found it difficult to wear them. Fatima worked diligently to find a way to fix the problem and would not rest till they were perfect. All around perfect customer service!!

Superb service from Fatima and the rest of the staff. Great selection of frames at good prices with excellent attention to detail from Fatima. My 2 pairs of progressives were ready on time and the lens quality was perfect. Definitely recommend you check them out if you are in the market for glasses.

I went in on April 21/23 to get a specific kind of glasses (Asian Fit). The ladies who helped me and made my wife and 2yr old daughter feel welcomed. I never felt rushed at all to make a decision. I ended up getting the buy 1 get 2 free... I got Prescription everyday glasses, Prescription sunglasses, and a pair of normal sunglasses for my wife. I got excellent service from everyone, the location was clean. The purchase went on without a hiccup or any *hidden* fees they broke everything down for the payment. Also my glasses came in April. 26/23. I appreciate everything the ladies did for me and my family! I will recommend this location over any eyeglass place! Thank you!

I have recently visited Vogue Optical for a pair of glasses and was assisted by a lady named Fatima. She was so supportive and professional with me as I chose my glasses. I have bad anxiety when it comes to choosing frames but she made the experience very enjoyable. They have a good selection of frames there as well. I will be bringing my husband and kids in for glasses there! Ask for Fatima next time you're in the store for guaranteed satisfaction. (I ended up leaving with 2 pairs of glasses not just one and I couldn't be happier!!!)

I was with my wife last week in Fairview Park Mall and I noticed a lot of new optical stores opening! We checked out each of them but we seemed to like the care and the passion of the customer service by Ms. Fatima! She was so patient with my wife and took her only ten minutes to help my wife pick out new glasses although she is extremely picky. Thank you so much for your professionalism!!

I recently got a pair of eyeglasses for my son. The service was so professional and fast. We got them in a matter of hours. I recommend this place. Fatima was really friendly.

Usually don't have any issues with this place, the doctors are nice an helpful.I booked an appt on Tuesday ( for Thursday). Spoke with them an booked it. They called the same day in the evening. I explained I work nights and already dealt with the booking. Then today they call an leave voicemail at 10 and call again at 11:49 to confirm the appt ( it's Wednesday) I tell this lady I WORK NIGHTS again and she goes off on me saying I hung up on the other girl an it's our right to call you..Literally it's not even been a day since I booked an they have called 3 TIMES!
