Sarah was wonderful. Her follow up is top notch, and she is super kind and very knowledgeable. We called ALOT of companies for quotes, but Sarah came through. I had forgot to call her about setting things up prior to getting to the registry so I called her from the registry and within minutes she emailed all the documents over.Would 100% recommend.

Amazing service and well knowledge people! I have had my insurance through Jeff Cooke for years now and they have been absolutely incredible with my insurance. They explain everything in great detail and really explain well what you will need. They were also incredible helping me with my accident claim and making sure I was very well taken care of! If you are thinking about getting a new group to help with your insurance, you should give Jeff Cooke a shot at helping!

They have helped me through some tough times , but in the end they always end up making the day right ! I can’t thank them enough for their gratitude and exceptional customer service . We need more people like them to make companies more more better . Bless their hearts and souls ! Upon speaking with Megan Beck about adding Auto insurance, she was able to find something that would work for us; at a better rate than what we were already paying.
