I wish I’d taken more photos, and better ones, this one doesn’t do the food justice! Every dish was balanced, the service was lovely, and atmosphere was cozy and elegant at the same time. The menu changes with the fresh ingredients they’re able to source, and with the turn from winter to spring we were able to enjoy a great variety. Can’t wait to come back again, such a beautiful experience all around!

What a gem of a place. You might want to call it a hidden gem, but really it's just up island and takes some effort to visit. Definitely worth stopping here if you're staying anywhere near Lantzville.My wife and I enjoyed a lovely well paced early evening meal. We shared a couple of starters, both ordered a pasta as a main and followed it all up with a dessert each. My main, a bolognese, was outstanding with all the flavours coming through without being heavy or all hitting the same note. The pasta was hand made and the mince was chopped in house.All in all we were very happy to have enjoyed a meal here. The prices are more than fair and the portions were all generous.

Our family recently hosted a private birthday lunch for about 40 people at Camas, and we are so pleased with the great food and service that Sarah, Taka and their team provided. Sarah worked with us to develop a delicious menu of canapes, and we enjoyed the mini pavlova and wonderful carrot cake for dessert. The space was great for our group, with lots of seating available and plenty of space to mingle. Highly recommend Camas as a venue for hosting small events like birthday or retirement parties, or even a small wedding reception. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful patio and ambiance. Top notch wine list. Gorgeous plating and unique, diverse dishes for both herbivores and omnivores. I've been hearing about Camas for a while now and it certainly did not disappoint!! Thank you, I will definitely be back.

An absolute hidden gem north of Nanaimo. Amazing meal made from superb ingredients. Wonderful service. Adorable home converted into a restaurant with a private dining room area for special occasions. Plus tables in the garden. The lamb was especially divine and a delicious menu of mocktails which my teetotal friend enjoyed thoroughly.

Went last night with some clients and had an absolutely superb experience. One of the best meals i have ever had. The service was friendly and very knowledgable. The plating was beautiful and the food was sublime. Very impressed!

Great variety on the menu, masterfully prepared and plated. The scallops and beef tartare were amazing. The service was excellent and accommodating. The private room was private and cozy, warmly decorated. In love with the wallpaper in there. Had a very enjoyable family dinner at Camas.
