I went for 19 week pregnancy ultrasound. That technician was not knowledgeable. My reference note clearly says I need anatomy ultrasound and transvaginal. But the technician took only basics ultrasound and wasted my whole time. My blander was full. She was too rude and disrespectful

Yesterday i called queens west x-ray for ultrasound appointment, but I did not want to wait so they referred me here. I got appointment here for the next day. receptionist and doctor were really calm. Both were very polite. And most important thing, my appointment was at 8:30am. When I reached there, it was very quick, it literally took only 15-20 minutes to get everything done.

I had my kidney ultrasound with Nadia. I was doing it for the first time. Nadia was super nice and she explain everything, even she waited for me patiencely until I am completely comfortable. The receptionist was polite and nice too.

I had my second trimester ultrasound today. Monica did her job very well, me and my husband heard heartbeat of our baby clearly. She explained us where is baby’s spinal, head, arms, legs on screen and also provided us a picture. Receptionist lady was also doing her job extremely fast, within no time she fixed my appointment and finished all paper work. Definitely going to visit this place again for next ultrasounds. Thanks ladies for such a humble job.

Inhuman and Extremely Rude Receptionist!! This is not how you talk to ppl. We were late for our appointment, but clinic was empty, no1 was waiting. She asked us to wait, so we did. She could have accommodated us. Instead she wanted to punish us and made us wait, half an hr later a patient shows up and she is immediately led to the exam room. We are still waiting.Already the person visiting is unwell and this is the way you treat a patient?!
