Couldn’t even get my pocket watch in for a repair assessment.Apparently this gentleman works outside of this business and is too busy to respond to an enquiry. Hate to see how long it would take to fix anything.Edit due to response:This gentleman responded to me only once by email. When I asked where to bring my watch as it seemed strange that there was no business address, he would not respond. Be careful. This is a private residence. You will have no ability to recover your belongings.

Yasir answered my inquiry on his website promptly and by the end of the day I met with him.He repaired my automatic watch which had a screw loose and was interfering with the rotor which messed up the power reserve.I also noticed the accuracy was way off the last few weeks. Although we hadn’t initially talked about it he kindly took the extra time to adjust the accuracy within spec for the movement.I highly recommend Renown Watch Services!

My First time going to Renown Watch Services and many more to follow after the experience Yasir had provided me with. He managed to bring my old Bulova Marine Star back to life. My glass was scratched and he had replaced it with a new crystal. He also fixed the movement of my watch as it was heavily used and worn out. I have never seen this watch ever sparkle or shine but whatever Yasir did was magic. Yasir is also very knowledgeable about watches as he kindly explained all the buttons on my chronograph watch that i never even knew existed. Please dont hesitate to bring your watches to Yasir at Renown Watch Services.
