Good worker and their work is amazing

I love to support local business, but Go Green is not on that list. I have never met a company that had worse communication than this one. Took well over a month to respond. We verbally agreed on a project for 2023 and in 2022 we wanted to make some changes. After many emails and no responses, and since we were spending alot of money, we decided not to take the risk with Go Green and lose our money. We got a quote from another company and it ended up being alot cheaper and we would communicate daily. The experience was night and day.I reported Go Green to the BBB and they still didn't respond. I did give them a deposit (which took almost 2 weeks for them to deposit it after many reminders). I have asked for the money back and all of the sudden they start to ghost me. Since there was no agreement in place that the deposit was non-refundable, it shows what kind of company this is.Do your research before committing and don't hand over any money to this company or consider it gone.Customer Service is satisfaction is the last thing on this companies mind and I will never do any business with Go Green.Be Aware!

Emmanuel was very professional to deal with. The Go Green team just finished installing artificial turf in my backyard last week. Everyone in their team was professional and friendly to deal with and talk to. I'm very satisfied with the service and the quality of their work. I would definitely recommend Go Green to anyone who needs artificial turf.

What's not to say but WOW! Amazing transformation of our backyard from jungle weeds to amazing forest paradise. With extreme professionalism, this little team or hard working men surpassed my expectations of a dream backyard.
