Horrible customer service, had no straight answers for us while we are waiting for our quad to come In. They said it would be in by September and it still isn’t in. Will not be going back again, should not have to ask everyday for information that should just be given to us automatically. We should feel good when making a big purchase like this, instead they left us angry and regretting giving them any business at all. Will not be referring anyone to go there again.

Guys behind the parts desk are super knowledgeable and friendly. I have found they will do their best to help you get what you need, even when the part you're looking for is difficult to find.

Had snowmobile repaired here. They allowed me to supply my own parts at less cost. BRP parts were very, very expensive!The cost of what the repair would have been with parts supplied is the only reason for not giving 5 stars.I always get parts for my Zero turn lawnmower here. Costs are reasonable.Service and parts staff are great!

Really great service. Needed a non- factory part because our mower deck broke (by our own negligence). The gentleman at the counter found the part that should help us fix the issue and also have other suggestions and also gave a print out of the deck to help out. Super helpful!

Customer service is on point very accommodating and polite. I purchased couple of toys and John Deere. Definitely they gave me a deal that I wouldn’t get anywhere in Manitoba.

This company can be summed up in under 10 words: one that doesn't take responsibility for its mistakes.I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company when purchasing a brand new 2022 quad from Enns brothers the last few months. There were multiple red flags throughout the entire process which should never happen with a new product.Initially, I was told the quad would be ready for pickup on a certain date. When the date came, I was then told that it was having throttle issues when it was being assembled and that they had to fix it. A brand-new quad to be having throttle issues before we ever even drove it and already requiring repair is the first red flag.Weeks later, I was finally informed it was ready to be picked up. After picking it up and driving it, I instantly noticed the wheel alignment was off. You could only drive straight by holding the handlebars on an angle. Remember, this is a brand-new quad. That was the second red flag.In addition, simply shifting into park is nearly impossible to successfully achieve the first time you try. We have to shuffle the shifter back and forth a numerous times just to get the parking gear engaged. We've resorted to just leaving it in neutral instead of park because of the shifting issues. This was the third red flag.We reached out to Enns Brothers because the quad is still under warranty and we wanted these issues fixed.The employee we spoke with said it's completely normal to have issues shifting into park and that you just need to shake the quad a bit to engage it into the parking gear. We tried that. It didn't do anything. Is this a joke? Someone buys a brand-new vehicle off the lot and they're told it's normal not to be able to shift into a gear? I've driven my fair share of quads in my life, and this has NEVER been an issue until this brand-new one. We received the quad back and the parking gear still doesn't shift properly.In addition to not acknowledging and resolving the parking gear issue, they initially tried to charge hundreds of dollars to fix the alignment that was covered under warranty. They're said something like the warranty doesn't cover diagnosis of an issue.I'm beyond puzzled why these issues have been occurring with a brand-new quad. I'm even more puzzled why the company won't take ownership of their mistakes. People purchase new for the exact reason to avoid these issues.I know for a fact these things shouldn't be occurring so early. My 1992 Yamaha never even ran into these issues and its 40+ years old. I'm shocked how a company actually thinks this is reasonable and fair behavior to place the responsibility of its mistakes on a customer after they just handed over thousands of dollars for a quad with numerous issues and then not acknowledging them.

Quality products from quads,tractors,attachments and Stihl products. Every experience from sales to service has always been positive!

Mike was great. Showed me some videos explaining the John deere features and options.Took me out to the lot and let me play with the lawn tractors.Gave me some hand out showing competitive price.

Amazing service here. They repaired my mower and when I had an issues they came right back and took care of it for me. True customer service. I am now a life time customer...no need to look elsewhere...highly recommend
