They're really cooperative, the manager is really helpful and the apartments are affordable and clean with parking included and they're closer to all the restaurants, shopping centers just walking distance to walmart, tims, and safeway. Best in Thompson. Thank you!

I would give it 5 stars when I moved in at first, then last year (2020, 2019) things went to 4 stars. Lately, 2021, things have gone to 3 stars, if I'm being generous. Because the landlord, and rent, plus utilities, has been very difficult.On the plus side, the area has been mostly safe, and the units have been comfortable and roomy.

Very unprofessional at price ranging and sounds quite unreasonable with uncertain prices cause they cost too much for people with low-income and minimum wage workers and disabled kinds. Ask for too much for 1 bedroom. almost costs 1000$ for the lower incomes for minimum wage you'd practically need someone to live with you for having either minimum wage or having low income.. that leaves you with 100-150$ spending..... to live on your own.. This is unprofessional living arrangements.
