I scheduled an appointment with water wizard she came out on time 8:00 sharp. I had a underground plumbing leak she dug the area up then showed me what the problem was i authorized the repairs, They offered a 10% discount.This company is very professional and polite

Water wizard repaired my well. This system operates my lawn sprinklers and my outside faucets, they had to replace the pump and well point this work was quite difficult since the well is in my basement it took them three days to finish the job. My system is working like new This was done last year in July he had to work with my schedule, I canceled the appointment two different times because of my work load I had. This company never complained.The gentleman had given me a very good warranty I wasn't even expecting a warranty on this type of work. Very skilled Tradesman if I need any further work done I will be calling them back. Thank you very much for all the hard work.

I had Water Wizard scheduled to quote a price for a full system installation. They did show up that Monday to measure and see what we wanted and we were told we would have a quote the next day. Thursday I still didn't have a quote for the work. I called and the receptionist said she would make sure I get it that afternoon or the next day at the latest. The quote never came. I've had 2 other companies come out to quote and they have gotten me a price the next day. We since hired another company to do the installation.

My neighbor gave me their sprinkler company's phone number I decided to schedule my appointment and a week later they were right on time the two guys were very knowledgeable and very professional I told them the system wasn't working they thoroughly checked everything and had the problem fixed in a half-hour. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Scheduled Water Wizard for a sprinkler start up. They apparently went to the wrong house, even though they had been to my house for a sprinkler blow out in the fall. They then put me on a cancellation list, which I didn't hear back for 10 days. Then, she cancelled because the guy got a flat tire. Haven't heard from them since.

We had our sprinklers replaced a few years back. Water Wizard did a great job. We've had no issues with our sprinklers since the installation. We use them to turn on and winterize the sprinklers. They are always on time and arrive during the hours they say they will be there. They are a friendly and professional group.
