DHL Service Point

Shipment was marked as out for delivery, then changed to Recipient refused delivery, even though the driver never showed up. I was waiting by the door when I received my email notification. Then after getting the run around on the automated phone service that never connects you to anyone, I try the online support. The first rep only said how can I help, then after giving my info they never replied and then Left the conversation" as to what the message stated on the screen. Now I hope to pick it up from a drop off station

Complete garbage with delivery drivers!I ordered a package from USA knowing there would be a delivery fee when entering Canada, which I paid for yesterday having the notice. I made sure it was confirmed through customer service, and they have been helpful when spoken the few times. My package was suppose to be delivered today with family being home to collect, avoiding theft. Unfortunately I could not get it because of LACK OF RECORD the drivers have, they claimed I haven’t paid my fee when I did so. They kept my package and I called customer service, having them verify it was paid. DHL drivers don’t know what they’re doing at all and put out false claims. Get your company straight! It’s ridiculous seeing how many others have bad experiences through this company.

Terrible customer service, terrible delivery service, paid for courier service to my door told it's a few days and it's over a week and they don't deliver I have to pickup. Just use FedEx. This company is terrible.

Witnessed a dhl driver make a left turn from the right lane this morning through a very red light. I see this driver making dangerous moves nearly every morning.License KRG 513.

2 packages left on my doorstep yesterday. We were home. No one rang the doorbell OR knocked on the door. Didn't find them til this morning. BOTH packages had things in them that froze and shouldn't have been frozen. This is not the first time. Can you get hold of this company to tell them what their lazy a$$ drivers do? NOOOOOO. I will ask anyone shipping anything to me in the future to NOT USE DHL.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Dealt with their customer service for weeks to arrange the delivery of the package multiple times and they never showed once. I had to go pick it up myself. Horrible customer service, horrible work done by drivers and shipment department.

Excellent service, lot better than UPS or Canada Post. I love DHL, will always ship here.

Absolutely terrible service!! I continue to get notices that my package has been dropped off at the pick-up point (Staples), but it never arrived! DHL’s customer service is non-existent so I’ve been unable to speak to anyone and figure out where my package is. I’m beyond frustrated!! This is the worst delivery service I’ve ever received!

Their drivers are professional liars.Apparently I wasn’t home. I was here the entire day looking outside my window waiting for them! They never came!Claimed to have tried to contact me but that too was an imaginary thing.
