I have worked in sales for more than a decade and worked closely with CFOS, CEOS, and controllers from all industries. I can proudly say Limelight being as young as it is, has accomplished so much in its time that any software adjacent to FPA would be disregarded. From their customer success team, sales team and their implementation is top tier compared to all competitors. I highly recommend going through a discovery call and demo to see how ahead the team is there. Saved me time, money and a whole lot of #REF errors. Looking forward to growing and working with Limelight for years to come.

Been an employee at Limelight for 3 years now and its been the best job I've ever had. Understanding that sounds hyperbolic, allow me to elaborate.I started in a Customer Success role but management saw potential for me to do more and groomed me to move into a role with more responsibility. I've continued down this path of opportunity with the organization because they reward those that are willing to put in the work and be a team player.I am very happy here and would encourage anyone looking for a good opportunity to consider Limelight. The company culture is great and leadership is very caring and considerate when it comes to work life balance, and its a great place to learn a whole new set of technical skills I haven't found or seen anywhere else in my career.

Working at Limelight has been amazing for someone who has been in sales for over 10 years I can tell I’ve seen some things, what I like most about the leadership team is that they embrace collaborate approach on new initiatives and ask for team input. Being part of this team has helped me grow professionally and personally and have developed meaningful friendships and relationships. If you’re looking for a new career and want to work with like minded individuals who make you feel wanted and inspired look no where else.

Not sure how great the platform is, but this company is not run well or professionally at all in my opinion. I had 3 rounds of interviews for a UX Design role at this company. First call was great and I felt really good and excited. They followed up with a Landing Page redesign project. I quickly provided my recommendations on the page given and provided my own redesign below and sent it back the next day.The interviewer then called me and told me the team loved my comments and wanted a mock up. I replied that I had done this and it was just below my comments and she admitted that the team did not bother to scroll down and look at the full page. After reviewing my assignment again theyreplied back excitedly and scheduled a final interview with the CEO 2 days later.Just ONE HOUR before my final interview - I received a call from HR (while they were driving, and could barely hear them), saying they are moving forward with another candidate and are cancelling my interview. I did not even get a chance to meet or have a fair opportunity at this role and this was communicated and handled in the most unprofessional way I have experienced in 9 years as a working professional.I was given no feedback on my design after it was not reviewed properly, no reasoning as to why I wasn't a fit, my final interview cancelled 1 hour prior without a fair opportunity to review all candidates, and contacted on speaker phone while the HR lead was in the car giving me half their attention and even less phone reception.On TOP of this the HR Lead had the nerve to ask me afterwards to come on as a FREE consultant for the product because I had a strong background in Finance prior to this role. I truly feel I dodged a bullet not getting a role at this company and I would advise any users or applicants to stay clear. This company is clearly not run in a professional or respectful manor. It does however make for a great story on how NOT to treat potential candidates - will be sharing with my network.

I've just recently begun in sales at Limelight. So far every interaction has been nothing short of genuine. As an employee I feel my time is respected and my talent is valued. If I have any issues, there is no hesitiation for me to bring it up with my seniors of any level. Limelight fosters a healthy work environment.

I've been a Limelight employee for over 5 years now. When I started, the team was small, and has grown tremendously since. It's a fantastic company w strong values, and an enjoyable culture. Employees are treated with respect and valued when they do good work. Being a fast growing, young company, growing pains happen, but the team adapts and adjusts accordingly. Great people, great culture.

after reading Lux's write-free-code to prove-yourself interview nightmare this set of reviews is concerning, employees jumping on to vouch 5-stars is only a further red-flag... (tragically common, never work for someone freely under the guise of an interview).

Limelight is a great place to work at. Family feel, a true team spirit - this is what Limelight is to me. The work is positively challenging and exceptionally interesting. You get a chance to make an impact, and you see that your work is being appreciated. Have been in the Development department for 2.5 years, and look forward to many more.

I've had nothing but a great experience with Limelight, they are a great team building company and their core values are outstanding. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond helping customers in every aspect of their journey from day one. With strong leadership and an amazing growing team this company will be around for decades!!

Can be easily found.Professional environment. Went for an interview and was greeted by the reception.The management is wonderful and takes care of people who even comes for an interview.
