I have been to this store about 6 time within the last year . I am always impressed with the friendly service. So much nicer than alot of fast food places.

I ordered the triple double crunchwrap supreme and I got what looks like two tablespoons of meat yet the picture shows two almost patty like layers of meat this is pathetic

The guy inside putting order together and the girl were full in arguing while people.inside and at the window. The guy at window kept apologizing for their behavior. I would have fired them in the spot. To make matters worse the food took forever to be served. 4 cars waiting for their orders not good

Just moved to brantford recently and I’ve always been a huge fan of Taco Bell, mind you I understand that sometimes they can be a tad inconsistent as after all it is fast food. First time I went in and placed an order inside the restaurant, the clerk working the till charged me individually for each item instead of making it a combo, I had already paid and was looking over the receipt and said does that not have a combo price, puzzled he sought out his manager that was less than impressed with ME and not the employee. I sat down and ate my food and it was day and night compared to what I’m used to, super stingey on all protein ingredient I ordered EXCEPT the fries supreme, I gotta be honest the fries supreme was done the way it should have been. I didn’t want to complain after the combo issues so I ate my food and left chalking it up to an inconsistent night where maybe they were low on beef and steak.Flash forward a month later, ate to many edibles, placed an Uber eats order, grabbed a combo and some soft tacos and received the same lack of “meat” as I did the last time I ordered. Corporate should get in there and just close the store based of the volume of complaints similar to mine, or if the owner wants to be a cheap scum bag increase the price so at least the consumer is getting the food the expect. Absolutely NEVER EVER will I go to or order from this location again although the fry supreme was again properly prepared to specifications.DO BETTER!!!

Extremely slow service through drive thru and we were told to park and wait 10 minutes later still nothing, 4 cars had gone through, so I got out and went inside met the person halfway ( manager I think)and I said that was a 10 minute wait and they said yeah we're busy I said but I watched for cars go before our order his reply was oh yeah. That's it I'm usually pretty patient this was offside.Be a while before I visit again.

Taco bell is a great chain. The meat is always weird like a paste but tastes good lol. This specific restaurant has good service both through the drive thru and inside the store.

Soft taco had very little meat. Previous visit chili cheesy burrito had very little meat which is why I didn't order it this time. Person putting meat on it was literally tossing across counter to veg station. We found she's the manager so no point in complaining, but needs to be addressed.

Got our food from the driver thru. And no fillings were in the wraps. Got a crunch wrap that was skinnier than an actual tortilla. Don’t go here. Waste of time and money. She also refuse to give us the correct amount money back she was trying to argue with us that the money she was returning to us was the right amount, but it was less than what we actually spent, then argued with us, so we ended up pulling up the transaction in our back account , and only then did she give us our refund back in cash, yet I paid debit. I’d give this place a zero!

Been to lots of Taco bells and never had one as good as this one The meat was amazing everything was fresh their servers were exquisite there's nothing like this Taco Bell I would recommend it to everybody It's the way it should be
