I'm in a lot of breweries I find establishment to be very tasteful they're very personable & passionate about the craft. The grand opening was amazing I tried a flight, I was extremely impressed. The staff work very well together, the decor was top-shelf a lot of thought has gone into this simple but extremely well done establishment" the chairs are comfortable the ambience is delightful. The bathrooms are nice

Twice in two days, why? The beer. First we came to try some of the newish seasonal\rotating taps - which were great. Then we came back to buy the boxed 4 bottle pack of lambic style beers, aged 1, 2, and 3 years, plus blended (not cheap, but 2 free glasses. We're going to do a tasting with some family visiting from Denmark). The beers we tried were great. Plus they have Glamorgan cheese buns! You can see why this place wins awards.

Best brewery in the city, as far as I know. They have INCREDIBLE sours and they come up with some really creative brews. Love sitting in with a sour and ordering a pizza with friends. Get a growler for parties and dinners; great value, great product. You can also find 4-packs of their seasonal brews in local liquor stores, which has saved me a couple of trips.

Large location with a lot of seating options -indoor and outdoor (when it is open for dine in again). Although, parking is limited and quite often packed Next to the unique beers they offer, there is also merch, a non alcoholic option and cheese buns from local glamorgan bakery. The service here was ok when it was super busy.

A lovely brewery with great beer sadly let down by its staff. We walked in last night at around 8:25pm. We knew it closed at 9pm but I had told my friends how great the beer was so we had to try it. The lady behind the counter (there were 2, but I am talking about one with what looked like pierced cheeks) rolled her eyes when we came in... before we ordered she told us it was last orders" and she couldn't crack a smile at all. The 2nd half of our party were 2 mins behind

Great atmosphere in this brand new brewery. Beers are awesome. Particularly the IPA and the saison. The staff seem friendly especially the new girl (Jan 31) would definitely return ! Opening hours are better than most in same area. That extra hour in evening is great !

Stopped for beers with a group. Not much for non beer drinkers except a very dry cider. Beers seemed to be enjoyed by most with the Blackberry Sour having the most positive feedback. Cool glasses with a neat history behind them. Ask them about it?One annoying thing is the automatic 18% gratuity. I usually tip generously for good table service but not for counter service. That's like asking for a tip at the drive thru.

Amazing beer and food. Great ambience, and excellent staff. Some serious beers, Nordic style, and the bread and charcuterie are not to be missed. Hop on a bike and head south!
