Had a flat on my Harley Decker… was worried when I called AMA as a sling won’t work with a full dresser and I’ve heard nightmare stories about damage and towing. They sent they sent Oil Country and a flat deck with a great Operator. Really professional, worked hard to get the bike tied down really well and then after getting to Harley off loaded in the same professional manner! If You have a bike in need of a tow I’d call these guys any time!

Very arrogant and unprofessional people i ever came across in canada.Just an piece of adviceDO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME BY CONTACTING THEM.These people changed my front tires after towing it and also there was big scratch on one side of my car and leaking underneath. After that they made me to run to different places to get my car even though my car was parked in visitor section and registered.IF you dont believe me and you wanna get ripped then try them. Lol Good Luck

Great service from the Dispatcher who stayed in contact with me, to the friendly and efficient person, Matthew who pulled my car out of the deep snow in a ditch! Reasonable cost even though it was late in the evening. Hope I don’t need their servicesagain soon but if I do, I will be calling this company!!

Absolute rip off. Gate fees. After hours service fees. Almost double storage fees than any other lot.and the fees go on and on. Poor customer service. Reported to bbb global news and the newspapers. Gross how they feel they can rip people off and get away with it. Another RCMP scam and way to rip people off. Do not use this and if your towed there file reports to rcmp bbb and global. That will shut this place down.

I had to move a 32 foot press drill from Holden Alberta to Cherhill Alberta. I contacted Oil Country towing who had the knowledge, equipment, expertise and dispatch were extremely helpful (AJ). It was apparent as soon as the operator (Wayne) arrived his experience came through. He was professional/personable, knowledgeable on rigging, high on safety, experience in loading equipment and taking care of the equipment as if it was his own. Equipment was loaded, delivered and unloaded safely.

Use to be my go to, I have had 3-5 amazing services provided with this company I was recommending people until today. A flat bed operator today took my mustang down a gravel road when he could have picked a paved route for a very similar ETA. Then proceeded to drive 80km on a 50km road it added a ton of paint dings with not a care in the world for bumps. (I followed the driver the whole trip). lifted my car by the lower control arms not the frame rail hook points when loading the car. All I got when unloading the car was an offer to start a claim. no sorry or sense of fault then argued he wasn’t going 80 when I was behind the truck the whole time. I will be taking my business else’s where. You roll the dice like I did, I spent extra money on a flat deck to protect the car. This is the service I got, Gear heads and car enthusiasts BEWARE!

Had locked myself out of my truck at 3 AM, Jesse on the phone was extremely quick and kind to help me out and get someone to me so quickly, and Steve was just so awesome and quick helping me out. Great people and a great price for a dumba** move on my end, you can tell Oil Country is truly in the business of helping people out when they need it most ! Thanks again for your help Steve!
