Very poor quality and service!Lie about shipping and hard to deal with, before you pay, they sound so willing to help, after full payment(yes they won't do business without you pay full first).After you pay, the problem came, shipping got problem, delivery got problem, fails promise, and even installation you will find poor quality.The picture will tell the truth.One picture shows you what happen after 2 year.One picture shows you how their cabinet having design problem(my normal size microwave won't even fit! The opening is too big, and they won't even willing to provide parts to cover it, so I have to fix it by myself with 2x4, yes it looks ugly)

1996 cabinets is one of my biggest cabinetry supplier in Canada . They have very solid quality in both doors and boxes as well as hard wares . Their painting is a lot more smoother and thicker comparing with other cabinets wholesalers I have been dealt with. Very satisfied !

他们家那位男的接线员，简直了。装着很有礼貌；其实真实的意思有事别找我，反正我不愿意帮你的；老板，真的，这种员工在你店里工作，公司真的倒了八辈子霉 （怀疑是不是你的竞争对手派过来的）。Very terrible customer service, the staff is very rude and offensive. Absolutely not willing to help customers. their only focus is profit; once it is paid, they don't care anymore.

My wife likes cooking, so one of the first few things before moving to our new house is to renovate the kitchen. We went to 1996 Cabinets at least twice to check different designs and discuss some details. The designers there helped to prepare the floor plan and provided some valuable suggestions based on their experiences. Once everything was finalized and payment was made, they had the cabinets ready within two business days. My wife likes our new kitchen very much, and I'd highly recommend 1996 Cabinets. BTW, getting a nice supplier is not enough for kitchen renovation, you also need to hire some great contractors for that.

We recently renovated our kitchen. We worked with Martin and he was extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout the entire design and kitchen planning process. When we had questions regarding the installation Martin was always there to answer our questions... He even drew us a diagram on how to install the crown molding ourselves.Thank you Martin for your excellent service :)
