Receptionist was fairly polite, but I could hear the service manager in the background 'JUST TELL HIM TO LOOK ON THE INTERNET'. Wow. Great customer service, and advice. I, of course was already searching on the internet, but to no avail. Was hoping a 'professional' could offer some assistance. I could not find a professional in the service dept of SBSolutions...

I wanted to share an email that I sent to the president of SBS, too often we only give negative feedback and to get such great service had to be called out as well!I just wanted to take a moment to call out Garett – he took the time to walk me through the programming of the Fetco units on the phone today while I was in a café (and sent me the manuals). He is always incredibly patient and a pleasure to work with – even when I’m not (which I know I am not always). I just wanted to let you know that we appreciate you guys!

I was having issues with a pre-owned Ambiente espresso machine I purchased (privately, not from SBS) and called their tech. I just want to give a massive shout out to Garett who assisted me. Incredibly friendly and helpful and his advice was spot on (just a small piece of scale in the steam valve stopping it from closing all the way). I look forward to doing business with SBS down the road. Thanks again
