During a home renovation project, mould was found in our house (which we purchased 2 years prior and was hidden by the sellers). It was a horrible situation, but Lawrence was fantastic throughout. He not only cleared the house, but also took pictures and offered information on how the previous owners his the mould problems. In that way, he was a great advocate. And he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable during the whole process. He has a very keen intellect was patient explaining some very technical jargon. On top of everything else, he was a great person to deal with, demonstrating sympathy and humanity through what was an incredibly stressful period. I couldn't recommend him more highly. During the planning stages of a home renovation project, came across an article about popcorn ceiling possible having asbestos particles mixed in. Decided to proceed with caution and called Nothern Air Quality Services inregards to having the popcorn ceiling tested for asbestos. Lawrence, from Northern Air quality responded to my inquiry, an appointment date was scheduled and confirmed. I find Nothern Air quality services to be very thorough, professional and knowledgeable about the services that they Perform. Definitely would recommend to anyone that is seeking services for asbestos and Air quality testing.

Called Lawrence about mould odour after buying a home and after home inspector upon purchase didnt find any problems,Lawrence came and detected problem and after review he diagnosed and with his knowledge corrected all my mould created from busted pipes in wall.He did great job and was very professional at his job and very dedicated to make sure we were happy

Due to Water Issues, had to have Northern Air Quality Services come in. This company is top notch. Lawerence is extremely knowledgeable, kind and explains things so the customer can understand. . Very thorough in getting top results, prompt service and highly recommend.

I'm giving this two stars because the air quality testing service was provided. However, the report looked to have been copy/pasted because it referenced a flood/hospital - neither of which were relevant to my home/situation. I also have several follow up questions and inquired about clearance testing after mould was found in my home. I received no response. We just moved into our home - imagine having a three month old and a three year old in a new home where a company tells you a toxic mould was just found and then there was little to no support or recommendations on how to proceed and get rid of it? The report said to use an anti-microbial cleaner and vacuum the kitchen, plus seal off the crawl spaces but when I asked for a recommendation for a mould inspection, a company to help us achieve those recommendations, nothing. I have no clue where the mould they found actually is - and a subsequent mould inspector (that was recommended from our building inspector) couldn't find it either. This was a mess of an experience and for someone new to the area, really disappointing that there was not more support for the price of this service (which was not cheap).

I dealt with Lawrence on a residential reno, where I found old vinyl tiles that needed to be tested. Not only was Lawrence responsive but also exercised professionalism throughout and when it was found the tiles did contain asbestos, Lawrence offered to pick them up and responsibly dispose of them. As a resident of Barrie, our dump is not equipped to handle asbestos waste.Thanks again Lawrence!

Lawrence was wonderful to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our century old farm house. Always punctual and professional. We had vermiculite insulation removed that was contaminated with asbestos, plus re-insulation of those areas. Everything was finished tidy, on time, and on budget!

We had Lawrence test for asbestos in three different places in our house. 2/3 contained asbestos. My husband and I are very pleased with how professional and efficient our experience was! Lawrence was very knowledgeable and put our concerns into prospective and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone needing asbestos testing!

I had the opportunity to use Northern Air Quality Services in early February 2022, to assess a new property with a very old house. My specific concern was Asbestos. Upon initial contact, I was met with professionalism, prompt service, and an on-site inspection where samples were obtained, which were subsequently sent for testing. Our on-site meeting took place on a Friday afternoon, and by the evening of the following Monday, I received my report with recommendations and suggestions.Lawrence was great to deal with, and had with him a young man, Greg, who he was training. As a business owner, I respected the time, effort and communication he had with Greg who I'm sure is and will be an asset to his team.I would highly recommend contacting Northern Air if you have any concerns or requirements in the future.George
