I was very nervous taking my truck in to get it fixed. I was a mechanic at Ford for years and usually do my own work, but this job requires tools that I don’t have. Mike Elder and Bane Timotijevic made me feel welcome and eased my worries. Bane has been great with giving me updates and the workmanship has been great. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here. Great mechanic service but when they say they need to fix something else and will be more expensive, the laughing skull face mask on the sales representative and his dry attitude, makes you feel unwelcome and laughed on.

Maclin Ford doesn't care about their customers, just how much they can make off of you.The service department aggressively tries to upsell service you don't need. They also do not advocate for you for items that should be under waranty but Ford refuses to fix.Avoid this dealership.

I purchased my truck here and that was the end of the positive part of the experience. The experience with the service department drove this from a four star to a one, only because I cannot give less than that on a post.I took my truck in for an oil change and to have a skid plate bolt installed. They kept the truck all day, didn’t install the bolt or tell me about it. I called them back the next day and was advised that they didn’t have the bolt and I would have to bring it back, chewing your another day of work, once they obtained the right bolt from Edmonton.When I went in to Mr. Lube for the next oil change, they told me my oil plug was cross threaded, my air filter was not secured, and my mass airflow sensor was snapped off.Quickest way to lose customers. Break things on their investment and don’t own it. Maclin Ford can’t be trusted. I’m out, your service department sucks from the techs through to the advisors.Strongly recommend a “Hard Pass” on having your $60K investment serviced here.

Yup never coming here again. It doesn't matter how good the work is of you're service desk guy lies about the quote then sits there after the work is done and the quote had doubled that oh I just gave you the labor cost. Nah uh. Poor business practice.but
