Terrible print service online. Deletes multiple hours of work when you try to go to check out with no way to go back when you sign into guest.

The photo printing was good the first time but when we returned the next day to print more photos the machine was inoperable.

Truly NO customer service!!! Had a printing job to do and the girl (busy on her phone) hands me a piece of paper with instructions and points over to the printing machine and states go over and help yourself!!! Paid for and printed off a copy but it only printed a 1/4 of the page, tried again and same thing this happened 3 times but a fellow that was also printing items was having the same problems and went around a couple times with no one willing or wanting to help. We both went to the counter and told the lady of our problems and concerns. All she could say was well go back to the counter for assistance!!! To look at the girl to busy on a phone to help anyone. The last 2 times I have been here there is no one that wants to stop and ask if they could help with anything, they are all busy running around, no eye contact no good day or good morning to acknowledge your even in the store. Customer Service is down the crapper at this location!!!!!

I always forget about Staples. Often has Specialist office items that you need and good sales that compete well with other retailers carrying similar products

Incredibly over-priced merchandise coupled with terrible customer service -- there is absolutely nothing to recommend the Brandon store or any Staples location. Very clearly the people who work at this location are completely unmotivated and disinterested. The merchandise is shockingly over-priced and the selection poor. I highly recommend giving this store a miss.

Great that so many electronics and related items e.g. batteries, can be easily recycled here...good job/thanks, Staples.

Hubby bought a cord in wpg,came home it fidnt fit took it to the brandon store and could only get a money card Not a refund as he used his card.

I don't know how this place stays in business!! Sale prices are NOT sale prices. Several products supposedly on sale are not available in store. We are expected to order online and pay freight. Poor communication. No one around when you need help !

This place is a life saver anyday. The employees are polite and willing to guide.

I purchased school supplies from this store for my daughter I made mistake to buy her right divider i went back to store for exchange it customers service refused to exchanger because I couldn’t locate my receipt however everything I purchased are still in my my car it was only about 5 dollar not much I was disappointed with this store located Brandon Manitoba and also last year I went to buy computer desk it was on sale they said we didn’t have more, while they have 2 in store until sale end-ate so next day I paid 50$ more.
