Very accommodating very helpful and friendly team at the 14th Street location. Even though I messed up on my appointment time they still found me a spot later that morning at a more than suitable time to do my Echo. My technician Gord was excellent, very thorough, friendly and easy to speak with. An enjoyable appointment!

Staff was great! ECG and EKG done in 40 minutes and no wait. One after the other, very efficient. May and Demita (sorry if mispelled!) were both very friendly and professional.

Very nice, friendly staff. I didn't have to wait for longer than aprox 5 minutes to get to see the technician. They take the time to inform you about what it is that you would expect while there, and what are the steps of the test. I love that they provided you with a cotton towel to wipe off the gel that they use during the test. Gel was warm which was great for me as was dreading the cold gel. You are provided with a fabric gown instead of the silly paper cover which doesn't cover you that well and it is also cold. Technician was very kind and explain what she needed to do and helped me to get into the right position so that she could complete her investigation. The heart ultrasound test was completed in aprox 30 min. Very good experience from the first interaction with the front staff until the end when the test was completed. In and out of there is aprox 40 min.The building where the office is located has Indigo parking looking after their parking and it is easier to pay if you download their app on your phone. Unfortunately, I didn't know how long it will take and so, I overpaid, paying for 2 hrs parking when in fact the appt was under 1hr.At any rate, thumbs up to this clinic for the way they run their activity.

Appreciate the staff being on time. Too bad there was not free parking. $3.00 for one hour, $5.00 for 2 hours. Free one hour parking along 20th Avenue, but one never knows how long your appointment will be!

Had my appointment today for an Echocardiogram. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming. I had arrived a bit early, and they were able to accommodate me. My technician Virginia made me feel at ease as I was nervous since this was my first heart ultrasound. We briefly chatted about a few things, but it made my appointment go by quickly and efficiently. Parking was sufficient and the Indigo App was easy to use. I would highly recommend this clinic!

My doctor was able to get me in to this clinic the next day which was really convenient. The sonographer was very professional and explained the whole process to me before she began the scan. I Highly recommend NWCD for EKG and Echocardiogram.

Great job! It was Awesome experienced. I’ve done my echocardiogram here once a year and I love their service. The receptionist are very accommodating and the technician is gentle and compassionate. ❤️

Was in for 2 appointments, 3/16. When I checked in, it seemed my doctor forgot to book my appointments. The ladies realized I was from out of town (3hrs) & squeezed me in and had me out shortly after the 2nd appointment was to start. Great job, ladles! Keep up the great work. Thanks again.Blayne

Awesome staff. Fast. Attentive. The reminder phone call was awesome. They had me into the exam room fast. The staff was very pleasant professional and felt like home. Great atmosphere at the office.
