My hair dresser (the owner) needed to be less concerned with everyone else in the salon and more focused on our appointment. I felt like I had to be rude and interrupt her to tell her what I wanted done with my hair. She never asked, not once. Then she just started chopping away at my hair without double checking how much I wanted off. She ended up cutting off 3 extra inches, which I didn’t realize until the end of my appointment. My cut was also very uneven and I had to cut more when I got home. I don’t think she listened to a thing I had to say. I left having an anxiety attack, I would not go back.Update to reply to comment from owner (Ellie was it?). Glad I concealed my identity, I’m not going to reveal myself so you can personally harass me. Maybe just take the constructive criticism and do better next time. Don’t mean to hurt your ego, but you need to do some reflecting on how you want to run your business. I think you're much too comfortable and overestimate your abilities. You need to focus and take more time and consideration with your clients. To be honest the other stylists seemed fine and were paying attention to their appointments, just not the owner.

I saw Ellie for a colour correction. She was absolutely wonderful, all the ladies were amazing and kind. I am absolutely over the moon with my hair and can not say thank you enough! I highly recommend this hair studio! Anyone needing colour especially blonde! Book in with Ellie!!! She’s amazing!!! Will be returning for sure!!!

I love the hair cut I get here. I just drop in and almost every time I am able to be squeezed in. I would recommend making an appointment though. They are busy because they are good.

We booked appointments well in advance for a wedding . The first one in came and got her hair done , French braided and then her long hair curled . Looked beautiful , cost $30 . The next one in hair pulled back and curled , looked lovely cost $60 ! Mine put in a ponytail and finger curled and put in place with bobby pins . My hair is not really long , cost $45. We enjoyed these hair dressers and they did a good job and no we weren’t rude or picky , so not sure why our cost was basically doubled ?

I took my children to Bevan Scott for their back to school hair cuts and a much needed colour and style for myself. Our stylist Ellie was kind, efficient and professional. She is an incredible stylist and colourist! I love my colour! It was exactly what I asked for and she treated my damaged dry hair so I don’t have to wear it up. She was incredibly patient with my kids. She used non-damaging hair colour for my daughter. Ellie is an exceptional hair artist. Anytime I am back in town with our family, I will be sure to book with her again! Thank you!
