From the get go had a great experience. Shipping fast, reliable, all items shipped, no damage, no issues. Really like dealing with this auction house, items are good quality and descriptions match.

Absolute worst Auction House on Hibid. Beyond poor customer service. Did not send my invoice for my won lots, finally got a hold of the owner Shawn and he was belligerent refusing to send me the invoice. Next auction I see my lots up for sale. They keep your items if won for cheap and just give you the run around hoping you just go away. STAY AWAY!

My experience with Royal Estate Auctions was indeed exceptional. The lady attending was gracious, engaging and incredibly knowledgeable. All the items I received are spectacular and I need to highlight that photographing and the documenting of each item is exceptionally good. I highly recommend dealing with Royal Estate for their expertise and user friendly process! They have gained my trust.

I had an issue with a purchase whtch was immediately dealt with and more than responsibly taken care of regarding a large comic auction. I have been collecting comics since 1980 and have a large collection. I made a suggestion regarding descriptions to help out the purchaser which was gratefully considered and accepted. Mr. Maio (Shawn) is caring, considerate and honest. My purchase of some Tomb of Dracula comics arrived on time and in the condition expected.Best Wishes,Randall

I see a lot of negative reviews, which I'm honestly shocked about. This is my favorite auction house on Hibid actually, and I decided to see if their reviews reflected this. I have had nothing but good experiences with Royal Estate, and while I understand miscommunications happen, the items received are spectacular, the photographing and document of the items is top-notch (and actually even enviable for those of us who actually have practice with product photography). I would recommend Royal Estate, I have a lot of trust in them and their items, I hope in the future people can have just as excellent an experience.

I had mistaken posted a bad review on here. I had a call from one of the employees at the company and we spoke for awhile. I definitely was happy with the service I had fro Royal Estate Auctions. It was a different Ontario auction house I had issues with.

Royal Estate has proven, over time, that they are the best auction site out of the many I use. From ease of pickup to instantaneous responses to questions, Royal Estate is number 1. I started out by purchasing items of interest, but I also have had the opportunity to use Royal Estate to auction off a multitude of items that I no longer needed. I highly recommend this auction site.

RECENT UPDATE ————-Received a text from the owner Shawn. He agreed to reimburse me for the 100 dollar delivery fee and called me “hilarious” for expecting anything else.To date, he has not reimbursed me for anything or “made things right”.————————————I bought a truck from royal estate auctions on hibid; what an absolutely horrible ordeal that was. I was given the wrong portion of the ownership, and the bill of sale didn’t include the vin number or the name of the person on the ownership.I took a day off work, and had to wait for 7 hours at the MTO going back and forth with the owner of royal estate auctions and his cohort who runs the vehicle portion, before the latter showed up to sign over the ownership. He was also extremely rude to the lady at the MTO, which was unnecessary and embarrassing, especially considering the whole ordeal was his and the owners fault.I also had to pay 100 dollars for the vehicle to be delivered, because it was in cookstown and was listed on the auction as being in north York.The owner also told me he’d make things right for his screw up, but has yet to return any messages I’ve sent.Use extreme caution when conducting business with Royal Estate Auctions; I cannot stress that enough.
