Buyer Beware! Terrible company to do business with. I had defective cartridges that I purchased from them. They refused to replace or issue me a credit.

Stay away from this place with unprofessional environment. None of them have a sense of customer service importance. They like to sell items in big quantity but do not like to accept returns in terms of defects. They like you only if you buy in bulk. They do not care about small purchaser. Very rude receptionist. Better to go to other places in Markham.

Garbage company. the cartridge I purchased did not work. But I got the best toner cartridges from C & C Imaging Supply at unit 2, 270 Esna Park dr.

I bought 5 or 6 laser toners from this company 5 or 6 years ago. The brand differ from Samsung to HP. The quality is very good and last longer. Easy to use. The owner is very nice and price is very competitive.
