My husband and I joined the studio when it opened and we are loving it! MVMT+ offers a wide variety of yoga and fitness classes that appeals to all fitness levels and beginner-experienced yogis. My husband and I have felt very welcomed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff and visiting MVMT+ is now a part of our weekly routine. Highly recommend!

Wow! When I walked in I was instantly relaxed. Its beautiful! The class I took was Warrior Pump and I loved it! A little bit of weights incorporated with balance and stretching. I will definitely be back to try a bunch of their other classes too. They also have an area for kid minding which is super cool!

I have been missing a really good yoga place since moving from St. Albert years ago. I have been saying since then that someone needs to open a yoga place just like this. It is beautiful with its wood floors and greenery. I have done a couple different yoga classes but believe they have fitness classes as well, so they have a little of everything. I’m sore in all the right places and feel so happy about this gem.

I moved away, tried another studio and now I drive 35 minutes both ways because this place is amazing! Tonight was my first class back and I wasn’t disappointed, the yin is perfect! I feel lighter in this moment than I have in months!

This Studio is an everything all in one package. They had lots of different types of yoga classes included meditation classes!And many fitness classes for me to choose from. My Favorite by far is the hot yoga studio of course.All around 10/10 Kind staff and open space.

Learning to find myself again mentally and physically threw this wonderful yoga studio . I have tried out many yoga studios but the classes here are all top notch (that includes the fitness classes too!) There are plenty of classes available for me that fit around my awkward work schedule and the teachers are all warm and inviting and very helpful if you have any questions! Not to mention it is absolutely beautiful inside !

Mvmt+Yoga Collective is AMAZING! When the studio opened I couldn’t wait to check it out and now I’m addicted. I not only love the decor and vibe of the studio, I also love that there is a wide variety of both yoga and fitness classes along with combined classes. And as a bonus the instructors/staff are also amazing and make you feel right at home!

This studio is incredible!! I love the variety of classes, the schedule and the quality of the instructors. The studio itself is stunning - minimalist and full of plants. I appreciate that I can pay for one membership and get a high-intensity fitness class or a warm yin class, no matter what I'm in the mood for that day, Mvmt+ has something on the schedule. Truly a gem.

Amazing, beautiful yoga studio.The teachers are lovely and offer a wide range of classes to suite everyone.I believe they include other fitness modalities as well . I’m more than happy with the yoga. They have several studio rooms along with showers & a kids area. Tastefully furnished & has a great energy & feel about the place. Highly recommend this place.
