Decided to drop by and pick up a specialised eye contouring cream as a surprise for my mother, and I was impressed with the calm customer service approach, knowledge and attentive service Lucas had for both sessions. He recommended a few more products which I have to say I will be returning for. Lucas really cares about his clients and has a lot of knowledge about skin care - I was impressed!I would highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for quality luxurious products or facial treatments with the ENEO blue/red light tools.

The salesman here are very pushy in making a sale.the way they talk to u all sugar coated u end up buying there products which r full of chemicals and once u pay the bill they try to sell u more. Be very careful before purchasing coz its not 1 or 2 dollars but its 100s of dollars plus once purchased there is no refund policy. I made a mistake in purchasing products worth 100s of dollars and regretting it. You dont.take ur tym to think over it and purchase in ur next visit if u like it. I know a bad review wont affect rachal best soap store but at least i mite b able to save someones hard earn money.

I’ve observed people avoiding get close to the entrance of this store due the fact that there is always an associate yelling at people trying to attract them to get information about their products. I understand they hustling but that approach is frustrating for people that are simply trying to relax and have a good time at the mall rather than being harassed by sellers.

I starting dealing with Barry since 3 months and my skin was never better than now. I am getting a lot of compliments. Barry is really amazing and very professional in what he's doing. He is very welcoming and has the best customer service and he knows very well the products that he is dealing with. I was passing the store and I had a weird experience with an associate. She said hello, and asked me if I wanted a free sample of something. When I declined she just got more and more pushy about me accepting it. I told her no thank you one last time. As I was walking away (had to catch a bus) she yelled at me about it being a free gift" and threw a tantrum

I was doing some shopping when I was approached by Ben & he showed me a few samples of their products. One thing that I noticed is the wonderful service. He was not rushing & spent the time to explain their products.After, I met Barry. Barry is very good & knowlegeable about the products. He gives his full attention, very kind & professional. I have not had any treatments in years & Barry has made me believe in treatments again. His thorough knowledge & expertise has helped me take care of my skin better & also made me realize, it’s okay to spoil yourself.

Staff are too pushy, they will manipulate you into buying something in every possible way, including commenting on your skin, appearance that is so unprofessional (and weird in general). You will regret. Products are okay but you can buy better for smaller price.

My skin specialist Lucas Levin is doing my facials once a month.Very professional and knowledgeable. Help me me with lifting and also got rid of my breakouts. Honestly if you have any skin issues, go see Lucas and the Square One location

I’ve been looking for a perfect skin care and Lucas has been great help since I visited them. He carefully explained the necessary products that helps with my breakouts and suggested a routine. He contains knowledge on every product which is and necessities. I’m glad he focuses on the immediate problem on the skin. I look forward for my sessions and am excited.
