America auto express was the best company I’ve ever came across, I refer all my friends and family. He’s a very honest man and prices are very reasonable. I loved working with Alex! I would 10/10 Recommend. He transported my car from marysville to florida. I saw him move my car on his truck safely, and it seemed as if he knew what he was doing, my car came back to me clean, with no damages, or scratches. I even gave him the biggest tip.

After weeks of calls with brokers" that seemed more interested in a quick buck than customer satisfaction

I went through weeks of stressing over the horror stories of shipping cars across the country and was skeptical of going with a broker. Luckily I discovered Alex from America Auto Express on Reddit and reached out to him. From the get go and throughout the entire process he was very transparent and easy to reach. The most important aspect to me was getting my car to its destination in one piece, followed by pricing, and the ability to store some personal belongings in my car. With regards to pricing, Alex stayed true to the quote and there were no surprise fees. With regards to storing personal items in my car Alex made sure the carrier was aware of the request to avoid any surprise charges. And with with regards to my car being delivered in one piece, it did, and without any damage that I can see.I’ll also add that the first carrier Alex found I decided to look up after the carrier’s lack of communication on pickup date and time. To my disappointment I iffy reviews for them that made me weary. Though last minute, I called up Alex who explained that this carrier was an established one in the industry, though their online reviews are a different story (and was not part of Alex’s analysis and I don’t hold him to it). Given my concern, Alex was able to quickly find me another carrier who was much more transparent in their pickup and delivery without additional increases to my original price quote.Overall, very satisfied with Alex and America Auto Express and I would definitely recommend them! Just keep in mind to also do your part by looking up reviews of the carrier and Alex would be happy to accommodate in whatever way he can.

Alex was great on getting a driver to ship my car right on the date I needed it. He answered any question I had and very quick to response. I will definitely ship with this company again.

We had a wonderful experience working with Alex! It was our first time dealing with an auto shipment, let alone a cross-country one, and Alex was super responsive and helpful when it came to my many questions. When there was a small hitch with the shipper, Alex was quick to jump in and assist. All in all, the car was delivered promptly and safely and we were very pleased with the process :-). Would definitely recommend!

Worst broker I have worked with as a carrier. Provided a pickup appointment and then ghosted me. And refused to pay TONU.
