They made my coffee right... Which seems to be a rare occurrence at many Tim Horton's these days. Drive-thru was a little bit slow, but staff were courteous and friendly.

Very rude behaviour from the staff. We waited at the window for a long time but no one had the courtesy to tell that only drive thru orders are taken post 10.

Very Rude staff! Not all the staff but the old lady's, the younger staff have much more manners. If your working in food service it can be stressful, but dont take it out on customers. I Ordered a croissant toasted and they gave it to me like a flat pita bread . Ordered a ice cap mocha with whip cream and it was like a pile of vomit. This Location needs to better train there staff on service and basic manners.

Huge lineup onto the road, ordered a sausage and egg on a biscuit and a farmer's breakfast wrap, arrived home with two bacon and cheese on English muffins, no egg at all!

****edit: Since my last review, this timmies has undergone some changes. Their service is great, and I've not gotten a single wrong item.My senior dog always gets a Tim bit when we go through the drive-through. Which is very appreciated by her*****old review below.half the times the people here get the order wrong. muffins and donuts are very often stale. only good thing from this specific tim horton is their coffee

I visit this timmies almost everyday since its close to my house and have exceptional service.Fast and quick!!!Staff is friendly.The only thing that sucks is that you can't dine in.

My boyfriend just went to pick me up a soup sandwich, he got back, and the sandwich was completely black. You knew that it wasn't edible and you sent him with it anyways....now he's on his way back to get me another one. Ridiculous, do better. We will no longer stop at your location.

Would give zero stars if possible. All that work done to get 2 lanes working and they still refuse to open the second line. Traffic onto the road again. Horrible! Not to mention the one staff member who works in the morning never puts on a mask. ***update***They got my order wrong.

Very strange behaviour from this location.I ordered a bagel with cream cheese as I often do at other locations and there was barely any. I mean I thought it must have been a mistake. I went back in and very nicely asked, the person at the counter said that I had to order it with extra for extra fee. I reluctantly agreed but was really not in the mood argue over such a small thing. She charged me extra and then the young lady at the back prepping the food picked it up from me. She was very obviously not happy either with me or somebody else or something else. She proceeded to put a tiny bit more very slowly while standing with her legs crossed and her head on the side. That showed how much she cared. Not impressed!
