I believe that there should be at least a coin change machine accessible from the outside for people who have to take either an early or a late bus. Other than that, good service, quiet and clean bus station.

Worse service I've ever had. Drivers will let you stand in the cold while they talk to each other in front of the bus. The schedule is pointless since they decide to pass whenever they want to. If I had other options I would avoid it at all cost

Si je savais que venir dans ce coin avec mes enfants sa allait ce passé comme sa franche tout j'aurais préférer payer des taxte ailleurs .Le travail en retard , l'école en retard Franchement c'est dur vol pourquoi payer une passe autobus pour des bus qui ne passe jamais. C'est vraiment une grosse arnaque .

One of the worst service that i had in my entire life. I made signs at the bus driver to stop and he never did... some of them need to learn patience and solidarity. Dont understand why i can't give them 0 out of 5.

Terrebonne has one of the best bus service, first of all we ride everyday in a 700 000$ coach the 19 and 30 from Terrebonne to Laval or Terrebonne to metro Radisson and second they have brand new bus they call it Midi ... so I give 5 star...yes sometimes the bus are late ...but it part of nature...we live in Canada there this thing called Snow!!! ... but I'm always safe.

This is the worst transport system I've ever seen. Buses that only frive halfway from their destination and then they're aren't enough roads to cover people who live in Terrebonne east. I recommend people to get a car, because their systems have flaws, big time.

The 19 to Montmorency has a scheduled depature at 6:42 and it has now been 3 times in 2 Weeks that it is not there. We have to wait for 6:52.Big difference in scheduling.We miss our connection.I see empty buses going by stop en tansit"Very disappointed!!!"
