The staff at McDougall & Brown made what was undoubtedly the hardest week of our lives, quite a bit easier. They were respectful and incredibly patient & helpful throughout the entire process following the passing of my Dad. Aurum was a great help throughout the main appointment. Amy, Brad, and Kristen G. were all incredible helpful after the fact any time we called back for any follow ups or clarification. We appreciate the kindness and compassion shown by the team. After my mother passed away we were in search of a funeral home for my mother’s cremation and memorial service (none of us had done this before). After we viewed several homes in the area we decided on McDougall and Brown and did we ever make the right choice! The venue is airy, warm and elegant in a very pleasant setting with plenty of parking and very well maintained! The staff are amazing and plentiful and greeted us with warmth and compassion on every phone call and visit. Instead of a traditional funeral we held a non-traditional Celebration of Life and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful in managing our requests. This is a very professionally run home and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The staff here is excellent. Very helpful and caring. The funeral home is big and very nice. People that came to my mom's funeral were very taken with the venue. Now they are comparing other funeral homes to here and the feed back is they sure arent McDougall & Brown . you have set the bar high for the rest! I have preplanned my funeral with them. Ryan was great! Though i was going a bit too fast for him . over all a very excellent place.

Professional and pleasant. Staff were always available and present, but not intrusive.I very much appreciated that their IT systems works so well. We needed to play a video on a tv and they had everything we needed to make that happen. They even had 2 TVs in separate rooms to make it easier for a large group to see. It was also hooked up to the overhead speaker system, so the volume could be brought to a good level.

McDougall and Brown did an amazing job for us on such an emotional day. They made our guests feel welcomed and did so much to help us give our loved one an amazing funeral. Everything literally went off without a hitch. Thank you so muchFrom the Heard family

I recently pre-arranged my funeral at McDougall and Brown. Eric and the staff made it a very comfortable and positive experience. I felt my choices were respected and felt no pressure. Helpful advice was offered when I was unsure or had questions. The whole process was handled sensitively and professionally. The facilities are pleasant and well maintained. I felt a great relief after having it all arranged. Pre planning was the right choice for me and was much more straight forward than I expected. I can rest assured that the responsibility of making those difficult choices and the financial burden won't fall on my family at an already difficult time.
