Peel Ice & Fuel

I am a Peel Ice customer and have been for quite some time & I am very pleased with the service I receive. I have had the pleasure of dealing with this company; old owners & new owners included, and they are a wonderful group of people to deal with. They provide quick & reliable service. I have never had an issue dealing with anyone in the office or with any of the other staff that works there. This company is highly recommended in my books.

This is a horrible company that was bought out by an even worse company- Armstrong Petroleum- do yourself a favour and choose somewhere else for your fuel needs! I called Marie over 6 times over a 6 month period to address an issue we had and she always promised she would look into it and get back to me- she never did. Terrible customer service- the worst I have ever encountered from a family business. CompIete lack of communication at the office, people are unpleasant- sounds like they all hate their jobs. I spoke to the owner as well, he is just as clueless. This company is disorganized, unprofessional and impossible to deal with. We have switched to gas now and are so much happier- thankfully we will never have to deal with this company again.
