very sketchy, they did not issue the ticket just a receipt when i paid 3 months before my flight i kept asking the agent thru email she said she will issue the ticket before departure only to find out there was no booking when I called The airline I was mad, stressed and feel like I was cheated on I paid for a trip that was not booked at all. Caused me stress than excitement before the trip. They gave me a last minute flight but with a different airline which is not my preference. I told Wing I was collecting points with air canada, I lost the points becasue she has to book me thru a different airline because she said she could not find the one that I original one that I paid for. not a good experience at all! i will not go there again. I will book myself online next time like before.

Wing did an awesome job handling our trip. Will recommend this company.
