I've been a long time costumer since moving from Vancouver.Stewart and his crew are very diligent in their work and let you know before hand if any other problems arise.I'm always there for my regular oil maintenance but I've had other things done and they've always done a great job.I go out of my way to bring my vehicles there now.

Fix Auto Strathcona uses Infinity Auto for all our mechanical repairs. Stewart and Walter are both very Knowledgeable and always provide a detailed description of the work required. We have been working with Infinity Auto for over 15 years and have never had one issue, they are very honest and we will always recommend them

I have known and been a customer of Auto Infinity/Tire Depot (Walter/Stewart) for 30 years, myself and all my family have taken their car's several times in the last 30 years.They are the most upstanding, honest, and friendly professional mechanics. They always call before they do any work on my car and they are always within their estimated cost, they also warranty their work 100%, on several occasions i have left my car in their yard for up to a week, they never charge me any storage fees. Stewart and Walter have to be the most honest mechanics I've ever dealt with. I went in to get my radiator fixed because it was burning through too much fluid and over heating, and rather than sell me $40 worth of fluid to get me through the weekend until I could bring it in, he just topped it up with some water instead to save me money!! Their shop may be in a terrible neighborhood but their work and their customer service is really unsurpassed.

I just want to give a shout out to this AWESOME team!! I was in a really tough spot and needed urgent service. Everyone was so kind and went FAR and beyond for me, they were also very very honest with the work that was done and explained EVERY detail of what was needed. Thankyou!!!

WARNING Scammers ALERT!I brought my car here due to a light on my dash that has recently came come and was wondering if they would see what the reason that the light was on. i talked to walter (Owner) and he told me that he can do it and all and that i should talk to his son about making an appointment. so i talked to his son and made an appointment for the next day and before leaving him the keys to my car i told him how much is this going to cost me? he replied he does not know and that they have to diagnose the vehicle and find the problem before he can tell me. so i said how much do you guys charge an hour and he told me around $100 dollars. so then i told him okay can you check out the vehicle for the first 2 hours and let me know from there if you need more time cause then i would make sure i have money for the check up and the son said yes i will give you a call after 2 hours if we need more time. so i i came back the next day and dropped it off with them in the morning. after that after noon i gave them a call and they said they havent looked at it yet and that they will call me after they checked it out for the 2 hours we agreed on ..so i patiently waited and then 2DAYS later receive a call from walter saying that my car is done and that i can come pick it up. so i rushed down to the auto shop and then walter told me that the connector came loose and disconnected on its own and that he just had to plug it back together. so i said oh thats not to bad then. then after he gave me the bill for the work that has been done and it was $1965.76 DOLLARS!!!!! i asked him why was it so HIGH! and he told me it took him 2 DAYS! to figure out the problem and i told him who gave you authorization to work on my car for 2 days!!! and he said oh well any other shop would had charged you 2-3 times what im charging you now!. and i told him i did not have money to pay for the car and he said if i didnt remove the car that he would charge me STORAGE FEE!!! OH wow are you kidding me . i had to go borrow money off a friend to pay for this RIDICULOUS bill ! NEVER AGAIN..A CAUTION TO ANYONE OUT THERE! GO TO ANOTHER MECHANIC SHOP WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!

I don't know how to describe the garage, other than an older-fashioned garage.But Walter and Stewart are good mechanics, and really nice people.They won't rip you off. They'll do what needs to be done, suggest what may need to be done down the road, but they won't rip you off. Highly recommended, especially at a fair price.

Amazing downtown mechanic. They were able to fit me in shirt notice and got everything fixed for me same day. They had my issue correctly diagnosed after previous shops had missed or misdiagnosed my issue. Everything was fixed same day, price was great, quality of work is excellent. Big shout out to Dylan at the front desk for taking care of me.

I brought an out-of-province vehicle for inspection and Stewart went through it thoroughly and explained its current condition and recommended future maintenance/repair items. It costed me $140 + gst and a day earlier, I received a news from a dealership that the vehicle was in need of immediate brake job on all 4 wheels at $2,000. Definitely worth the money.
