Calgary Co-op Kingsland Gas Station
Refused to sell propane after driving half way across the city. Associate saw me drive up to the propane tank, locked it and walked off completely ignoring me. Went into the store and he basically said he couldn't leave the till after having just walked away from the pump and my vehicle. Completely unacceptable. I'm filing a complaint to Co-op as well.UPDATE Oct 23, 2017: The store manager (Samantha Dean) actually called me back and was very polite and professional regarding the matter. She took the incident very seriously, spoke to that attendant and told me they trained multiple staff members on propane after receiving my complaint. I`ve changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

Calgary Co-op Kingsland Gas Station
I like going to Co-op because they’re one of the few gas stations that offer full service. I usually go to this location because it’s closest to my home, making it the most convenient. However every time I come to the gas station there’s no attendant outside and by the time one does come out, I’ve already pumped my fuel and washed my windows. The staff are friendly and provide great customer service otherwise. The “full-service” is just extremely disappointing.

Regualar gas station with the added benefit of assistance in pumping gas. This is consistently friendly and quick, allowing you to pay and fuel up without leaving the car in those cold Calgary nights

Nasty staff especially supervisor. I asked for a fill in the we serve. The gas attendant put the nozzle in the gas tank and didn't turn pump on. I asked why the tank wasn't full and gas attendant was snarky and told me to fill it myself. I will never return to this gas bar. I have never had good never mind great customer service.

Called to ask how much an empty 20lbs propane cylinder was, and got told that thay cannot tell me the price over the phone. What kind of stupidity is this?

Very unpleasant incounter today with Kelly. After years of using this store for the convenience I hesitate to go back. I have a very small dog that goes everywhere with me. Kelly refused to serve me. She wasted more time berading me about my dog then it would have to complete the transaction. I told her I was not having a debate with her and that all the staff at location needed to fallow the same rules. There is no sign posted on the doors and an open box of dog treats on the counter. The TV commercials say “and dogs always get a treat!” What’s up Kelly? You all need to get on the same page and be consistent about it !!

This gas station is awesome, there are 24 flipping pumps. You will never ever wait here. Wash fluid and squeegee are always in good condition. Some employees are also available for help outside and inside if needed.
