Amazing service! Rick was amazing! He showed up on a Saturday for same day service and was able to take care of our issues. He was very professional! Rick was able to diagnose the problem with our trailer quickly and repair the trailer that evening (what could have been a week long repair at a shop, he got done in a few hours!) Ricks quality in workmanship was perfect. The repair was reasonably priced. I highly recommend calling him for any questions or repairs needed. Thank you Rick for saving our weekend!!

Being a trailer newbie, Rick was ideal to answer our questions and teach us how to winterize it. The main benefit is he doesn't just do it for you, instead he has you perform the tasks with his supervision...the hands-on experience instills confidence that we'll be able to continue to winterize and de-winterize successfully on our own!All of the additional tips and items Rick recommended to monitor on a used trailer will go a long way to help prevent newbie errors and enjoy our trailer for years to come! ...not to mention, we know who to call if an issue arises.

Rick was fantastic. He was quick, available after 6pm and came to help. Service was professional + kind. He could have done repair quickly but instead spent a few extra minutes explaining what needed to be done, how to do it & why he recommended certain parts over others. I would give 6 stars, but limited to 5. Without a doubt - will use him again when in the area!

I cannot recommend Rick and TrekkerRV enough. Rick was able to walk me through my RV plumbing repair that another large RV shop struggled with and it was then fixed in no time. Patient, knowledgeable and fair priced; I couldn’t ask for more. So grateful for your help Rick!

What an experience. Ive been trouble shooting an electrical problem with my 2010 C-Class motorhome. Started loosing hair over it. Gave Trekker RV a call looking to have them come trouble shoot this for me. NO NEED. He walked me through a few test over the phone and BAM problem found. Thanks for the troubleshooting with me over the phone. Nice to see there is still people willing to help instead of just taking your money. Definitely a 5 star service. I know who I’ll be contacting for any future RV issues. Thanks again.

Rick gives you suggestions to try to fix the issues before having you, have to bring your trailer to him for repairs. I recommend his business to repair your trailer. 5 Stars!
