Over a four month period myself and my accountant made several calls and sent several emails to Paytrak and did not get the simple information requested.Paytrak finally indicated two payments they SAY they made, but are not in my CRA payroll account.  It has taken my accountant 3+ hours, calling, emailing and trying to figure out the payroll.*Following is one note from PaytrakGood Afternoon Cindy,My apologies for the delay as per our phone conversation a few weeks ago, I have sent all the payroll summary reports to you as a courtesy. Our records show you as no longer a Client of PayTrak therefore no other additional reports will be sent.Regards,DORA ROBINSON 
OPERATIONS SUPERVISORMy payroll information is provided as a courtesy???My accountant said the limited information provided was “absolutely ridiculous”. That there were no employee names or when or how much employees were paid and no dollar amount for deductions.I would have preferred not have written a review but this was my experience, unprofessional and cost me unnecessary money. I am not upset just glad I am rid of Paytrak.PS the worse part is why I stopped using Paytrak

The worst payroll company ever I can't tell you how many times they have messed up payroll and don't seem to care. Paying employees is so important to a business owner don't ever leave it in the hands of this company.

Dora Robinson is the worst representative I have ever had to interact with in my life. Ive been sending her mails for over a week requesting her assistant and an answer as to why my payroll has not gone through.I have call her and send her 8 emails to which she replied once and said she will investigate and get back to me the next day.That was 3 days ago, since then I have been following up and no answer whatsoever.This is ridiculous I'm just waiting for them to process my payroll and then switching companies. Is not worth the headache no one answers the phone

I cannot recommend Paytrak enough! Their expertise in payroll management and customer first approach is very effective.

We have been using Paytrak for over a year now and the client services reps that we are assigned to the company are fantastic. Roxanna has been amazing to work with. She goes above and beyond to help us if we have any payroll related questions/updates. As I don't have much CAD payroll experience and still learning about CAD payroll laws/regulations, Roxanna def makes it so much easier for us. She provides detailed instructions and explanations to our inquiries. And my interactions with her have always been very delightful. When Roxanna is out Rosanne is also super helpful and amazing to work with. :)

I wish I read these reviews prior to working with Paytrak. All of the 1 star reviews and people mentioned are correct and align with my unfortunately terrible experience as well.

I am the office manager for a Law Firm, and have been using PayTrak Payroll Services for over 7 years. I highly recommend them. Our staff gets their paystubs in advance, and there has never been a problem for the staff getting paid accurately and on time. I have dealt with several people at PayTrak over the years, and they are all great people and they sure save me a lot of time for very little cost.
