Reprodux, and especially David were amazing. We've been working with them for 6 months and David always kept up with our crazy last minute requests. We couldn't have done what we did for OUR clients if David and his team hadn't been so awesome. So, thank you.

Not a pleasant experience at this location... showed up at 8.10 am only to be told that the place only opens at 8.30 and printer starts at 8.30am . the site clearly says 8 am open . I returned at 8.30 am and left a cd and ask for two copies of blueprints in colour, was told to come back half hour later . 30 minutes later I get a phone call stating that two sets of blueprints in colour would cost 1100.00 and would have to get a credit card to deposit 50% ?????. I replied saying that it would be impossible so I ask for two black and white witch cost me 200,00 , Again overpriced but needed them asap. Overall bad customer service . I use to use REprodux so often in Vaughan. What happened? will not return.

Reprodux's customer service is always stellar, and despite my occasional last minute/panicked requests, the team at Reprodux has always accommodated and delivered on time. Even when I think my ask is so unreasonable and will take a miracle, they somehow pull it off. They make me look good. I really couldn't do my job without them, and consider them comrades in arms ;)I'm the in-house graphic designer for a province-wide, non-profit organization in downtown Toronto. I have used Reprodux to print our large scale event signage for 7+ years. They print approx.100 for us annually.
