Loads vary 2$ for older top-loading Maytag (unknown time), 2.25$ for XL front-loading Maytag machines (~35 minutes, 1$ and 25¢ coins), 2.50$ for Dexter Double load machine (~23 minutes).They have even larger machines as well Triple loads for 4$, Quads for 6$ (unknown times). Most of the machines take quarters.The dryers are huge and 25¢ for 4 minutes. A large load (Costco shopping bag) of assorted clothing takes around 28-32 minutes if you take anything that's already dry out at the 20-minute mark. The whole process from washing to drying takes about 55-67 minutes and 4-4.25$.They have detergent/softener (75¢ each), coffee, snack and change machines.Dry cleaning is offered according to hours specified in the picture. Actual laundromat open from 7 to 11, every day.Cons: 1) People tend to leave their dryer sheets everywhere even if there's a garbage, 2) the floors could do with more frequent mopping and sweeping and 3) there's no wifi 4) The set up is not ideal for studying or doing work as there are no tables or chairs, only park benches. Pros: 1) Honest enough to leave signs when any machines are out of order. 2) Lots of functional machines 3) Machines take less time than regular household washers and dryers, 1h and 1h30-2h respectively.

There is no wifi, the vending machine options are scant and the only place to sit down is on two wooden, park-style benches. I understand that they might be trying to discourage loitering but, for those of us who do not wish to leave our clothing unsupervised, getting work or homework done is difficult and uncomfortable.

The dryers here are terrible I’ve had to restart them three times for a total of an hour and a half. Also no wifi like a lot of other laundromats around. I’ll never come here again. Not to mention they’re more expensive than any other laundromat. Disappointing.

Just came back after using it. You will actually see that the clothes are not getting cleaned when you check white clothes. Attaching few photos. Clearly machines, especially $2.75 ones are no good. Two weeks back had used a different $2.75 washer and few clothes came out dry and many clothes were not cleaned. I therefore changed the machine and that too didn't work out properly. Waste of time and money and clothes are still dirty!

It's perfectly fine as a laundromat. People are a little funny complaining about no wifi and no baskets provided... it's not a café and presumably you brought your stuff there in some sort of container? It's just a plain old laundromat, I didn't see any cleanliness issues. It does what is claims, which is being, you know, a laundromat.

Washing machines do not adequately fill up with water, after the wash cycle clothing was still dry. As a result clothes don’t wash properly. $4.50 for poorly washed clothes is unacceptable. The laundromat on cote st Luc rd does a much better job of getting your clothes clean.

Always you find empty washers & dryers

Would not go back. Not so clean. There is no basket where you could put your clothes in. They only provide tiny basket which is useless. They do have a change machine. For customer service, i don’t know how it is but they provide a number where you could call. Also, the washer don’t have any timer.

BEEN COMING TO THIS LAUNDRY MART FOR THREE YEARS BUT TODAY MARCH 18TH 2023 WILL BE MY LAST VISIT HERE, WHY?? THE CHINESE GUY WHO WORKS HERE TALL WITH GLASSES ATTITUDE IS VERY DISGUSTING. I ASKED HIM A QUESTION TO VERIFY IF THE DRYERS WERE WORKING AND HIS ATTITUDE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL KIND OF MAKE ME FEEL HE DO NOT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE. IM NOT SURE IF HE HAVE SHARES IN THE LAUNDRY MART BECAUSE HE WAS REMOVING THE MONEY OUT OF THE MACHINES PLUS THE MART IS VERY DIRTY..PLUS THE WASHERS DO NOT WASH YOUR CLOTHING PROPERLY AND THE DRYERS DO NOT DRY YOUR CLOTHING PROPERLY... I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. 0 STARS.
