The service was amazing! Kayla was so super helpful and during such a busy time. Customer service like that is one in a million! Great selection of rentals too and delivery on Saturdays. Would definitely recommend.

Kayla and Caroline offered a patient, friendly, and responsive service! They really took the time to go through every item that I needed, and it was very helpful being able to visit their showroom. They also work with you to resolve any problems that come up in the planning of your event. Finally, they offer great high quality products.I rented a backdrop, tables, chairs, tablecloths, portable bar, decorative items, plates, wine glasses, cutlery, and a sound system.Thank you Célétête!

We used their rentals for our wedding, and they have a very nice and elegant selection of items. Kayla took care of our order and provided us with an excellent experience. The service was reliable and flexible, and there was a very good communication and excellent coordination efforts with the venue and other vendors. Highly recommended.

Please check your equipments before renting..extremely unprofessional people. We rented only 6 lights.lights were given to us without checking while taking we requested to check but were declined.4 out of 6lights didnt work.we were given one light extra next day for free..we returned all 7 back.Again without checking we were informed that we returned only 6 back.

The people are very nice, but we had a bad experience with an equipment we rented (food chafer/warmer) that didn't work. We ended up eating the food cold at my son's birthday party. I told the person upon returning the equipment, and nothing at all was offered. It's not for the 20$... I was just very disappointed with the service.*UPDATE: I was subsequently contacted and offered a full refund, probably after they saw the 1-star review. So I'm bumping my review to 3 stars.
