We were in the middle of selling our house and suddenly had a plumbing leak somewhere under the floor in the garage floor. James quickly found it for us, suggested a plumber, repaired the concrete and replaced the tiling afterwards. He went out of his way to do it in a timely and cost effect manner. I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend him. He made something that felt like an expensive headache and turned it into an easy and inexpensive fix. I would definitely hire him again. I hired James to replace our garage stairs and add a railing. The old stairs were narrow and slanted downwards. He responded promptly to all of my questions and gave me options for materials depending on my budget. Not only are the new stairs easier to maneuver, but safer for my toddler. We are very happy with the result, and would recommend James services.

I highly recommend JGDHandyman for any general repairs or building projects. My CATIO is all I had hoped it would be and my cats love it. James framed in and secured a space off my veranda so my cats could have an outdoor space. James was very professional, great at discussing different ideas and options for cost effective materials. Hired him to re-caulk my tub. He wouldn't remove the old stuff , telling me that it wasn't necessary and did a sloppy job. Now the new stuff is peeling off because the old stuff should have been removed first.
