Greg came to identify and fix pipe leak . He had to cut into drywall . He did an excellent job. He explained throughly and repaired efficiently .Very impressed with his service . This is the second time I’ve used John the plumber. Both times receiving excellent work.

I contacted John the plumber by online work request in one evening. They were very quick to follow up and were available for service on the next day. I had Mukaley and Alex replace the water pipes, hotwater mixing valve and shutoff valve that are connected to my hotwater tank.They exhibited why they are pro plumbers by their work. The previously installed water pipes were quite the mess - pipes weren't straight and used too much solder. (I wish I had taken a picture to show) The work that Mukaley and Alex did made a huge difference - it's CLEAN and shows what professional guys would do for their clients. I'd definitely hire them again should there be any plumbing needs in my house.Also, I appreciate their online billing system; it gets me a digital paper trail that I can look up at any time.

Yes, our overall service experience with your plumber Greg who did our work today at our home in Kanata was great! Greg was friendly, efficient and gave my wife and I a clear explanation of what should be done and cost estimate before beginning the work. He also answered all our questions. Overall, it was a great service experience with Greg and on this basis, I would not hesitate to recommend the services of John the Plumber to our friends and work colleagues. Yes, Greg resolved our two main issues by replacing our old bathroom sink faucet and associated fixtures and shower faucet and cartridge with new ones that I bought at Home Depot. He then tested everything after installation to ensure it was working well.

I called with a non-emergency request to install a dishwasher and some under sink plumbing - and less than 24 hours later, Crispin was here doing the work, offering to remove the old dishwasher, explaining why the previous (Home Depot) plumber refused to install (drain on wrong side of p-trap) and quickly did the job and well. Very impressed. On time, during the window given and it wasn't a perfectly easy job - the dishwasher had to be precisely installed so an adjacent cupboard swing out door wouldn't interfere with it (with only a few mm clearance). Well done and will definitely call again for any other plumbing work !

I had a leak in the backyard faucet, the plumber came and suggested breaking the drywall to fix a new wall hydrant. The quotation was 550,00 and I had to find someone to fix the drywall, it might cost another 500,00 in addition to painting the wall. He said: I did thousands of similar work. I contacted another plumber- not from John The Plumber, he offered to do a professional job, by cutting the ceiling and fixing a removable panel at the location where he will fix a new hydrant. His charge was 330,00 for the entire work. But he suggested taking the damaged hydrant to find a replacement so that no need to cut the wall. He FOUND a replacement available with the agent free of charge and charged me 100, 00 for the service.I appreciated him much and was very sad about the terrible experience with “John The Plumber”. And feel sorry for the thousands of customers who damaged their wall and paid too much money when they could have paid much less!Is “John The Plumber” not aware of the guarantee? It is terrible whether they are aware or not aware. All they care about is the profit. They will damage my wall to get a decent profit. Shameful.

Garrett took the time to explain the process. He proceeded and got the job done perfectly. Would recommend Garrett at John The Plumber. Garrett was very polite, friendly and great customer service.

Professional, quick, and properly fixed. Had a burst copper pipe in the basement leading up to the hose in the garage. Called, had an actual person pick up, set an appointment, and within 24 hours they sent out a plumber. Cameron did an outstanding job replacing the pipe and hose fixture. He was knowledgeable and courteous in explaining how the issue came about in the first place, how to take preventative measures, and provided warranty details. Overall experience and service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.
