Amazing service! This is my second vehicle purchased from this dealership and as always, everything went well! From the initial contact to delivery of my newly purchased Sorento, I got Grade A quality service. They took my needs and budget into consideration, got me the best price and interest rate and everything was completed in a week! Amazing given Covid-19 is making things a little more difficult! Will for sure return for my next purchase!

Staff really friendly and you can tell they wish to make the customers happy and not just trying to make a sell.Also, I really appreciated that they kept that same courtesy while waiting for my car to arrive. I experienced another place that once I signed and waited for the car to come the service was really bad.

They evaluated my car at a certain price during our first visit. We came back 4 days later and they didn't want to pay the amount said previously, offering to pay $4000 less than the original price they gave me. Very unprofessional behavior, do not recommend.

Went to pick up a used vehicle that they told me was perfect shape accept one small rust spot. We drove 3 hours to find out the car was full of rust everwhere, broken windshield. Would not recommend buying a used vehicle from them ever.

Excellent service!!! The entire staff was professional and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs for our purchase. Gaetan Lavoie stayed in contact with us until the very end. We were told that the vehicle would be delivered to our home Wednesday at about 1pm and thats exactly when it arrived. No problem from the beginning to the end.

After a bunch of emails exchanged with someone, I was told to come in to see the car I wanted on a Saturday between 10am and 4pm. When I drove all my way from Montreal and got there at 3pm, the doors were closed. I tried calling and leaving messages, but nobody ever returned my calls. Kia McMasterville was my second option for buying a car that weekend. Needless to say I ended up buying the other car.Also, no warranty on used cars?

It's a strange dealership. Obviously, I made an appointment and went to sell the car, but there was no staff. That person is called the manager. This is a really weird dealership.
