Have been doing business with Schooner Cove Marine for more than 10 years and find their products and services excellent.

My first time in for service. Friendly folks, fair prices/rates, and a good job on the work I was having done.

Avoid this boat yard at all costs. I have been boating for 50 years and Schooner Cove Marine was the absolute worst nightmare experience. They are disorganized and incompetent. Boat repair was delayed from June to August, causing me to miss most of the season. The delay was a result of administrative mistakes then operational issues. Many repairs were faulty, causing failures in the first hours of operation. MaryAnne was unpleasant and lecturing, and often did not know what she was talking about. Their focus is on boat delivery and transport which INVOLVES Shawn appears to a good service, but anything mechanical, electrical or cosmetic should NOT be contracted with Schooner Cove.

I organized a boat transport and servicing through Schooner Cove Marine and found that they were very disorganized. The time line was pushed out by weeks and not all of the requested repairs were completed. From pick up to delivery there was no communication and then the boat was put on a lowboy to be shipped to ontario but they had not arranged a location to lift it off. They asked if I could go pick it up 100 km away instead because they could not get a lift in the quoted location. In the end they did get it off in the correct location however this caused a lot of undue stress.

A one week wait for repair turned into 2 weeks without any communication and unable to reach anyone by phone, only to find out they are suddenly too busy to look at it. Would have been nice to know 2 weeks before.

Stellar customer service that began from the very first moment of contact.Shawn, Mary Anne and all their team operated professionally in transporting my vessel safely across several borders and communicated through it all. Their knowledge and skill with a personal touch is amazing, I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend working with them for your boating needs.

Arranged an inspection and boat transport with Schooner's. Shawn has been extremely helpful through the entire process. They have done a great job...I highly recommend their services!
