Phenomenal service from the folks at Alpine bikes. I’ve bought two bikes from here over the past year, and had a much older bike of mine serviced here too. The technical know-how and friendliness of the staff is brilliant. Super patient, efficient, and helpful with any issues you have - bike-related of course! Would definitely recommend. Sean and Dan did a combined great job of sorting my pedals. I'd started getting a clicking sound when pedalling and figured it was a problem with the crank. Turns out it was a loose pedal bearing. Sean had a go at fixing it and when he couldn't I went to Alpine bikes sister shop next door and bought a replacement set of pedals which Dan fitted. Really pleased with the customer service !

Very professional service! Shout out to my Man Owen The Man who quickly fixed my hydraulics brakes issue when other shops required to leave bike for hours. Highly recommend!

I recently cleared my Mum's house and found my brother's old BMX bicycle that had been locked in a cellar for 40 years. I decided to take it to Alpine Bikes to see if they could maybe bring it back to life. I spoke to Sean the mechanic who assured me it would be worth doing. I have to say, that was the best decision I could have made. Bike has been restored to almost what it looked like when it was new. The skill and professionalism and attention to detail that Sean managed to accomplish during the whole process was fantastic, and his enthusiasm for the job was also infectious. I cannot thank Sean enough for the way he kept me informed during the work and I couldn't be happier with the result. Needed a bit of help getting a crown race fitted to a set of forks for a bike build I was working on. The service guys were really helpful, despite the job turning more complicated than anticipated. Have used Alpine a few times over the last couple of years for some service parts and have always found them really helpful and friendly.

I had a good experience here. I have visited on two occasions, and both have been fine. The service I received was satisfactory. the guys who attended to me on both occasions were very polite and helpful. I got my tyres pumped for free, and got some advice on my bike.The interior is very clean and there is a wide variety of bikes and bike accessories for sale. the only downside is that the average person may find a lot of items to be very pricey, but other than that, this is a brilliant bike shop!

Had 3 recent retail experiences & one 'service' experience. All top class. One item I bought was far too complex for me to remember how to use it on an occasional basis. They took it back altho' package was opened. (Not saying that should always happen, but it did.) Today I had a bike booked in for a repair. Didn't have to leave it as planned. Done on the spot and with plenty info. (Not saying that should always happen either!, but appreciated.) Old bike has gone from a thing of stress, query-dead, back to a thing of joy.

Fantastic customer service, very helpful and knowledgable staff. Big shout out to Daniel who helped me yesterday just before closing time. Would highly recommend, have used Alpine bikes for a few years now.

Not been past Alpine Bikes in Years, but had a failure on my Disk Brakes at the weekend. The gentleman running the service shop in Aberdeen could not be more helpful even though I dropped in unannounced. Very impressed with the Customer Service from him. Refreshing change to the norm these days
