Went to this location for a visa photo. They just said that they can't do it and that was it.

Don't go, they will tell youcamera not working

Service was quick and quality was suitable for a passport.

Don't waste your time at this location. They don't want to do it and magically have a broken camera for months or the system is down etc etc. Used this company at other locations with great results though

It wasn't that easy for me to locate this place. It's on the lower level by the Walmart entrance. Look carefully, the escalator kinda hides it. Good service, super fast and efficient.

We purchased a set of pictures and they were very professional and extra fast. If you want fast pictures this is the place

As in the time of COVID 19 everyone is having a hard time to get the services. This photo joint is still operating and some of their locations are still open which is a good thing. But I got disappointed when I called them 2-3 time and each time they hung up on me 3 times without letting me finish my inquiries which was insulting. No one has time to chit chat on the phone nowadays. But it’s the responsibility of the representative to respond accurately and sufficiently to customer’s query. I was with one of the employee at a location on weekend and they don’t know how to resize and customize the photo rather than standard canadian passport size photo. People need to get full service if they visit a photo joint not just the one in which the employees are comfortable to do!!

called that toll free number...dude who answered was the biggest douche ever, started yelling at me because I couldn't understand what he way saying..

Camera not working apparently. Not recommended

It’s really hard to find their place because the store name is MK convenience. As of May 16, they told me the camera is not working so I wasn’t able to take a photo.
