Gupta Group cancelled the Icona Condos project in Vaughan and now they are apparently going to be building on that same land! (They own the land). They used hundreds of people's deposits to gain interest over 2 years and then just abruptly cancelled the Icona Condos project due to financial difficulties". WHAT A SCAM. Apparently

Gupta Group takes no accountability for the low build quality and installation of services within the building (251 Jarvis). Many residents in the building are now suffering with ridiculous HVAC bills ($500+/month) due to negligence and improper installation of the HVAC units. Gupta Group is taking no actions to rectify this issue.

The atmosphere of Dia will not disappoint. Every facet of our visit to Dia was outstanding. The very warm welcome and the excellent and knowledgeable service were well matched by the absolutely delicious food. A true gem that is located steps from Rosedale and Yorkville and situated at the Canopy Hotel on Bloor. I highly recommend this place for wine if you want to escape the daily grind of Toronto.

Beware!! If you live next to their construction, they rain you with concrete and metal. Luckily, no one was hurt this time. Additionally, they have no respect for city' noise bylaws.
