Ebus Edmonton Downtown Ticket Office

Don't sit near the back of the bus, It smells very strongly of human waste matter. Otherwise, comfortable seats and good luggage space below. I would otherwise rate it alot better, but I have to smell other persons waste for 3-4 hours So I am greatly disappointed. :/

TERRIBLE customer service, EXTREMELY bad set up, and employees are USELESS, and BAD set up. checked in early,the bus was not here at my appointed time, I asked TWICE if my bus was gonna be here, employee tells me its gonna be here and to wait for his call, no call for my bus. wait a couple minutes and asked if my bus was late and tells me that i had the red arrow bus, mind you i have an E-BUS, so i kept looking for my bus asked if AGAIN only to tell me I missed my bus and it was MY FAULT that i was unaware that my bus was driving away, they did not even call for my DESTINATION and it was MY fault? told me i could ride the next bus but i had to pay for another ticket??? i was there the whole time waiting for my bus they want me to pay again for a ticket. read all the low reviews all accurate dont come here.

Extremely horrible customer service!!!The lady works there very rude!!I was waiting for Ebus outside but Instead Red arrow bus was there while I waiting for ebus , I didn’t they change to red arrowWhile the bus was already there I have come to the bus to tell the driver if this is my ebus but the lady standing outside wouldn’t let me get on the bus , even tho I’m trying I told her that I was waiting for Ebus I had to miss the bus while I was there ,all she has to do was tell the the driver to open the door ,

Extremely poor service, communication and set up. Despite me calling the red arrow number and my employer booking the ticket, the bus out of Edmonton is an e bus, not a red arrow bus. The driver does not come into the airport at door 9 and the e bus has no sign saying it takes red arrow passengers. There is inside door 9 a waiting a area with a red arrow sign and phone number for red arrow I called it and was told There was nothing they could do or would do depsite it all being the same conglomerate, It's the passenger's due Diligence to read the ticket exactly And figure it out. They told me it's not their policy For the driver to say all aboard for Calgary. I did show up on time And was completely unaware I was watching my bus drive away. The corporation feels they're too big fail and if you dont like it, tough. Buyer beware here. But hey, don't take my word for it, try it yourself.

Bus driver Laurie rocks again; my second trip this year. Punctual, safe, & I knew to wait for a smoke at the stop she said. Only issue is outside, but having their own parking lot would cost everyone. Wish I didn't have to take a competing bus home; I mean, van. :( Wish eBus was 7 days a wk to GPAB, but I understand.

A great low-cost service, especially if stuck in a small town.Yes, it needs some tweaking:- website needs to be easier to use when purchasing a ticket (took a while to realize I had to click in the circle to chose a destination/ticket/trip).- it would be nice if there was confirmation of the trip/pick-up, other than the e-ticket e-mail. This is to confirm that bus # 'X' will be at 'X' location at 'time' on 'X' date to pick you up...""

Today is my first time taking Ebus from Edmonton to Calgary. It was very smooth and the bus is well-maintained and clean. I was a bit worried when I saw the reviews about the poor customer services but I didn’t experience anything like that. I will say the staffs kept their professionalism and probably it will be just wonderful to show more smiles and can definitely bring some good vibes to not only the passengers but the office itself. Thank you for your services!

This past weekend I was on e bus from Calgary to Edmonton . The bus broke down just before red deer and the bus driver was very rude and wouldn't give any updates to passengers . We were over an hour and a half late to our destination. And to make it worse the bus driver put our lives in danger and wouldn't pull over to the side of the road and turned off bus in the middle of the highway . My son and I are both upset over the whole ordeal. We will never take ebus again. If I could give them 0 Stars I would. We even messaged head office and no response back. They couldn't care less..

Horrible customer service!!!!! The lady in the red errow office is sooooo rude!!! I had a really bad experience with the ebus. I booked a seat from Edmonton to Calgary. I was there on time and the bus driver was not there so I got inside the bus and I waited till he came and I showed him my ticket. He was like no this is the wrong bis and your bus just left . He suggested to go see the office to help me . I went to the office and there was only one rude lady talking on the phone . I had to wait for her to finish just to tell me that I missed my bus and it’s all my ride and it’s all my fault. I had to rebook my bus again and this is gonna be my last time with is company.

3.5 StarsTravelled from Edmonton to Grande Prairie on Feb.15th.Staff were friendly and helpful overall.Reasonable prices.Bus clean and no weird smells.Leg room could be better but seats were comfortable.Our driver Laurie (sp?) was quite a good driver but she seemed to be speeding towards the end of trip, perhaps to make up time. Roads in rough condition during that part of trip so that was a bit worrisome.Tickets were easy to order online.A bench outside for people waiting for boarding would be appreciated to avoid the crowded waiting room.
