These people seem to know their stuff. Their stuff is windows, also doors. If you're looking for cosmetic surgery, this is probably not the right place. Just saying.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. We are out $1000 because of bad information given to us about rebates from their estimator. The General Manager Les finally came to our house 6 months after the install only after I put a complaint into the BBB which was the only way I was able to get a response from the company. Even after his visit to address needed repairs and replacement parts it took another six months and several communications before they were finally completed this past week. When Les visited to address the repairs and complaint about needed repairs and financial loss he said the company would offer us some compensation. He has since stopped communicating again and never offered us anything. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Paul & Chad are great installers. Paul is very personable. I felt very safe having them in my home. Great guys. Love my new windows!!

From the beginning process of talking about the options we would have and not making you feel pressured. Giving you up front pricing options etc, to the installation process that was done very quickly and professionally. Very happy with the all around service that we received. Highly recommend.

Good windows, took a little longer than expected but saved over a thousand dollars on nine windows.

Very helpful. Gave lots of suggestions and made sure I got what I wanted. Even went out of his way to get me the best price possible. Highly recommend.

Unreal customer service. Don't live in town, and had to get delivered to parents house. John (who normally does not deliver) drove over to their house to help unload on his own lunch time. Really appreciate the extra mile from this man.

Thumbs up to the owner (knowledge, customer approach). They did a good job, except of a small undone framing (they literally left a hole between the window and the wall) - so I recommend to check the job afterwards. Within a month it was fixed after sending a couple of prompting emails. Also they had a problem finding first payment for the installment and took them too long to proceed, so track your payments as well.
