Pharmacy lady got bad attitude

3.9 not bad some great items some mediocre items , pricing is fair . French bread sticks need improving tiramisu one of our families favourites.

I was at this location checking out around 4 p.m. As I approached the exit, there were 2 staff standing there talking. There was another customer next to me with a shopping cart containing approx. 6 clothing items (he was in front of me at the cash). I gave Raymond, the staff at exit my receipt while he was still talking to the other staff who was checking the customer with the clothing. Rather than looking into my shopping bag (I usually bring my own bag if I am not purchasing a lot)to verify my items to the receipt, his eyes were looking at the other customer who had the clothing inside the shopping cart and continued to talk with the other staff. Raymond just crossed out the receipt and gave it back to me. I then showed him my bag and said “here are my items”. He looked at me as if I was interrupting his conversation. The attitude was so rude! He opened up his hands and said Fine! I cannot see how a person can check items inside a bag without actually looking into it. If this is not necessary for Costco, then why do customers need to show receipts when they exit? I do not expect to receive great customer service from Costco but at least hire people that are customer oriented or have pleasant personalities. I honestly do not understand why people work at a job when they don’t enjoy working there and put the anger towards the customers. No matter how good Costco’s prices are, its not the only store that carries the products. I hope Costco management can see this and maybe re train their staff members.

Excellent bakery, bagel's always fresh

I'll let the picture speak for itself. The ground beef is safe but definitely not fresh. You can tell when it was packed and the interior was grey the day it was bought/packed. So it begs the question, are they using days old ground beef and claiming it was packed that day?
