It is impossible to overstate the reliability, the workmanship, the speed and skill of such, as well as the person-ability of John and his crew. In the building of our custom home, we dealt with numerous delays, errors in building and orders, and many other problems with most of the contractors. New Gen Concrete was easily the most professional contractor with again the best finished product. I would highly recommend New Gen to all my family members, friends, and acquaintances with full kudos. New Gen is an exponentially-growing company due to their performance in their field. Again, their reliability and professionalism is rare commodity, and was a pleasure to deal with.

We chose New Gen Concrete for our backyard/ pool surround patio, and they did an amazing job- from coming to measure and showing us samples of colours, to removing the old patio, to pouring and finishing the stamped concrete we chose. They were always on time, always careful to work neatly and to answer any of our questions. All around great company, we were very happy with all work completed by NewGEN!! We had our driveway, front porch, backyard and raised patio done and it looks great!!! Very professional, amazing workmanship and very responsive. Very easy to work with as we’re were making changes in the fly and they were very accommodating. Absolutely amazing work!We had to do our driveway and add a patio at our backyard, but we wanted to keep a modern look, a low maintenance finish, incorporate drainage solutions, accommodate for a hottub and do a pad for the shed.New Gen Concrete patiently provided guidance on the best kind of finish would be recommended (throwed limestone mix) and how to better address all the different questions we had.They are very nice hardworking people who do a clean job, aiming for perfection. We would do a job with them at any time. It is very hard to find great professionals in the market and they are among the best.

I used New Gen to pour a concrete base for a Sunroom at the back of my house. John was excellent to work with -- he took the time to listen and advise and explain things. My project was a little tricky as it had some unique factors, but John and his team were excellent. They even moved up the project sooner than initially scheduled. I would recommend them to others.

About 1/3 of my backyard patio concrete was sinking, and I was worried about rain water not draining away from my foundation. Called approx 10 different companies for quotes, some either told me right off the bat that my job is too small for them or that I'd have to wait until next year for availability, or the price was just higher than the rest of them. Jhon from New Gen Concrete came onsite for inspection and a quote, explained what was happening with my concrete and answered many questions that I had patiently! I definitely felt like I could trust him. I ended up getting the backyard plus the walkway from my driveway to the backyard done as well. Jhon was honest about pricing and explained how he gets his materials, so adding the walkway to the job made sense for the flow of the walkway into the backyard and usability. Throughout the whole interaction, I did not feel pressured to do anything additional that I didn't want to do, and didn't feel like he was upselling anything.New Gen is a very friendly family business. On service day, I met the whole family, everyone was courteous and friendly. They let me know when they have to do something to my yard that I wasn't expecting and made sure I was fine with it first. I am happy with the whole experience, from start to finish. They cleaned up the area they worked at, and Jhon power washed everything at the back after the concrete dried.It was a positive experience from start to finish dealing with New Gen Concrete, and I'd definitely recommend them. I am happy with new concrete!

The crew did an excellent job in all respects. The work was very professionally done, the results look great and everything is exactly as intended. Not only that but they went above and beyond to minimize impact on the neighbours, adding topsoil and re-seeding the grass along our new sidewalk. Highly recommended for this kind of work.
