Be careful booking at this place, I think I am scammed was asked to pay either on the phone or online as they cannot accept payment at their location which is quiet strange on top of it as soon the girl got my credit card she charged me twice refund is still not received and they just called me tonite that the instructor called nsick and has to move my appt didnt even apologize

Rafat was a fantastic instructor from Toronto First Aid—easy to understand and memorable ways of teaching. The general consensus with my team is that we feel much more confident should we ever need to use our first aid or CPR skills. I’d give more stars if there was an option!

Brian was a very knowledgeable and informative teacher, while also adding his own hilarious attitude to the lessons. I first went into the class a bit overwhelmed, but left with a big smile on my face and very comfortable with future first aid care.

I had a great experience here. Brian was a fantastic instructor. I got both my Standard First Aid & CPR-C and BLS done. The office staff were extremely helpful and professional. I was able to schedule my class the night before and everything went smoothly.
